I stay here often with work and it's my favourite hotel of all the London ones I have been in. The setting is fantastic, right by Lincoln's Inn fields and ideally situated to explore London. There is a nice terrace area outside overlooking the park which is lovely when the weather is good. Really close to Covent Garden too. The... More

My husband and I were staying in London for a long weekend. I knew London reasonably well, but this was my husbands first stay. I wanted to impress him with the city, and, as I didn't know the Holburn area, I was a bit apprehensive that I would get it wrong. I needn't have worried. This is a lovely friendly... More

Great location, clean, new, very polite and helpful staff, can't fault it. Fantastic price (£118 per night) for a basic room. Lots of thought has clearly gone into planning this concept. You hardly see any staff, you don't need to, but when you do, they are there and happy to help. Little things like fresh water bottles and dispenser, teabags/coffee/shoe... More

When many other hotels seem to be looking for ways to charge extra, it's great to stay somewhere that gives extras -- free snacks/drinks, umbrellas you can borrow, even an outlet adaptor when I forgot mine. The staff (particularly Kristine) were great in getting me a better room after my first day as I was there for a week. Great... More

From our arrival, to check out, our stay was perfect. The reception manager, Kristine, showed absolutely spectacular service and went above & beyond. Quality rooms and a very comfortable bed. We will definitely return!

Great hotel, good location and perfect for future visits! We were very pleased with just about everything at the hotel! Staff are good, not too fuzzy, they even chat! Didn't do breakfast after a quick look at what was on offer; too many places to get a decent bite in the area. Very convenient to pop round the corner.... The... More

Stayed for one night mid-week on business. 2 minutes walk from Holburn Station. Got asked if I wanted a room upgrade for £15. I declined. They gave it to me anyway. Which is nice, but also, oi, you were trying to get £15 out of me. I think I had a "superior" room, which was the largest room I've ever... More

The situation is amazing: 10 minutes walking from Covent Garden, close to underground and buses. However, the room were pretty small but the problem is definitely the bathroom. The bathroom is not separated from the bedroom by real doors but sliding door, made of glass. Say goodbye to privacy: light & noise are coming out just as if there were... More

We visited London for a short stay with our 8month son. We chose the hotel based in the TripAdvisor reviews and once again we feel that we made the best choice. The hotel is right in the heart of London. The British museum, Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford Street, Waterloo etc etc are all in walking distance and should the weather... More
