The location for anyone coming into Kings Cross/St Pancras could not be better, literally straight across the road. We paid £30 per person for bed and breakfast and were given room 2 a quadruple room. Impressed with the general standard of the hotel, have paid more for a lot less, room was clean and reception helpful, thats all we needed.... More

Do not expect spacious rooms or marble floors..... however you can be sure that you'll get: Dead centre location literally round the corner from King's Cross station (one of the main transport hubs) Clean & comfortable rooms.... yes small but I personally could not ask for more given the price, location and cleanliness levels of the place. Great breakfast... the... More

The Fairway hotel is a nice small hotel near King's Cross / St. Pancras. Thi is a very good location. We come by train from Luton. Subway and supermarkets are near by. My wife and i have been here twice and the stay was always very good. Alex and Stef at the reception are nice and helpful. The room is... More

Don't even bother going here. People were rude, breakfast was terrible and service was just downright bad. The toilets were filthy and I even saw two scamsters who pretend to be CID who hang around outside and pickpocket visitors. Bad experience.

A Perfect Hotel meeting all your needs : 1. Very clean - rooms, bed sheets and towels are very clean. The hotel always smells nice. 2. Friendly and helpful staff - reception people are very helpful and nice. The waitress at the breakfast is very calm and patients with a sweet charisma. Also, the breakfast is delicious - typical English... More

when I visit London I just look for Budget Hotels that are clean and central, just because Im out all day.. It's small but clean but very close to the Emirates in which I go to watch football games, King's Cross station is across the road and you can get anywhere from there... I will choose it again as it's... More

an exceptional location, opposite Kings Cross/St Pancras, check in was swift and friendly, free wi fi, sadly the room although exceptionally clean, was also exceptionally tiny, as was the shower room, also located in the basement down some steep and narrow stairs which with suitcases is a bit of a chore. Breakfast was ok, just, no real choice and at... More

Stay 3 nights. Location is perfect, right across from St. Pancras & King's Cross station. Take the picadilly line directly from Heathrow airport (about an hour) for 3 pounds. Walking distance to British library, University of London & British Museum. Pro: Safe area, price is reasonble (185 pounds for 3 night stay, single room with share bath) including English breakfast... More

Thanks for your review we really appreciate all comments. Can I just clarify , we are probably the only B&B in Kings Cross that gives basement rooms a different room type and lower price . Basement rooms are those marked 'Budget' e.g. Budget double ensuite . So this is a double with facilities that is either smaller or in the... More

Stayed 2 nights, all fine. Room was okay and kept clean to a high standard. I had a small room but the price was reasonable, especially for the location. All the usual facilities fine and without issue. The service at reception was both friendly and helpful. The location is most convenient, right near Euston and Kings Cross Stations and the... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
