The rooms are dirty, mouldy, smelly and tiny. The staff were somewhat cold at the welcome, the breakfast was stale and I tasted the worst coffee in Europe in five weeks of travelling. For what you get, I believe it is over priced. This should neither have hotel nor a 2 star rating associated with this place. Wifi was only... More

I booked this hotel about 5 month ago but they gave us the top room of the hotel even if I have a 9 year-old boy. There are not an elevator in this hotel. It's too difficult to go upstairs and downstairs without an elevator. And I heard they served very nice breakfast but It has been the same for... More

Don't know where to start. Soon as me and my 2 friends arrived outside the hotel, we knew already we made a mistake. Opened the front door of the hotel and it stank of human corpses. The hallway itself looked more harrowing than the "Villa Bella Hotel" out of "Only fools and horses" Cobwebs, blood stained finger prints on the... More

Poor customer service, dirty rooms, faulty shower, sink. Run down tiny rooms (with insects) door handle falling off. Sink not in use for the whole 3 days. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This hotel (if you can call it that) needs authority inspection. Never again.

Stayed here last year. A friend booked the room for us so we didn't know what to expect. They took the payment straight away (probably they knew we would stay here so just to cover their back...) When we saw the room we were in shock. Of course the rude lady didn't refund our money. Really...avoid. Small rooms, dirty ,... More

close to Victoria. Cheap. White sheets & towels pristine. Warm welcome. Warm room hot water. Lots of cafes, pubs nearby. Decor tired and scruffy but good enough as a base. Breakfast advice to management; drop the cake, warm the croissants and serve with jam=100% better.

Me and my husband stayed 4 nights at Enrico´s (week time, not weekend). After reading the reviews we expected the typical cheap filthy English B&B, considering that it`s one of the cheapests hostels in London zone 1 and just 10 minutes from Buckingham Palace. For our surprise the hostel was SUPER clean, we got the shared bathroom and they were... More

It looks like a nice hotel, very near from Victoria station and have nice staff. But after first impression....the rooms are cold, old furniture, you can hear your room neighbors what they are talking (and they can hear you), the all bath is 1.50x70 cm, the windows were so dirty that hardly see outside, the breakfast (if can be named... a good location not far from Victoria station. The receptionist was friendly and helpful on arrival. The room itself was on the top floor - narrow steep stairs which could cause some people a problem. The room was small, a double bed with no head board, 2 very flat pillows. A wash basin in the room with very little cold... More

3 Level walk up hotel, very small rooms with 10" TV. Good location, about 10 minutes walk from Victoria station. The breakfast was great but coffee ok. A bit over prices for the quality. Lots of restaurants and pubs in the area though and its relatively quiet, not far from Harrods.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
