This B&B provides good value for money. The location is excellent, just opposite St Pancras International/Eurostar. Rooms are clean, although a bit small (the beds were also a bit 'tight'). Breakfast could be much better. However, given the location, it's a good deal. Staff are also very helpful. More

Being just a stone's throw away from King's Cross/St Pancras, the Central Hotel certainly can't be faulted on location. Those who come into London through Euston will also find that this hotel is only a five or so minute walk from there (perhaps a tad longer with a suitcase). The welcome was friendly enough and in terms of location the... More

As convenience goes, this is a fabulous little overnight stop if planning an early morning EuroStar departure - and this is what brought me to this hotel in the first place. Having pre-booked via LateRooms.com (dead easy(!) I arrived quite late at night and the reception area, small though it was, buzzed with activity. This included someone who, from his... More

So some things to keep in mind London is expensive so the pricing of this hotel makes it very attractive. My rate included breakfast too as I am sure most do. Traditional English breakfast, eggs, sausages, toast, cold cuts, tomatoes, coffee, hot chocolate juice...well done. London is also old, so the rooms are small and with the price of this... More

The only redeeming feature of this hotel was its proximity to St. Pancras for an early morning train. Upon arrival, my room was not ready. I was told I could leave my luggage. Luggage is dumped in a huge pile in the lobby, with no identification or security so that anyone could walk off with your bag, and when you... More

The location is perfect for access to Kings X and St Pancras. The room I was in was facing to the rear so should have been quiet, but was noisy due to doors constantly slamming. The fire alarm also went off at 6am one morning then again several times over the next twenty minutes or so. More

We originally only planned one night here but it became two - more than that I don't think I could have handled. However, given the very reasonable price for London we got what we paid for. We were on the 2nd floor and would not have wanted to carry our luggage higher. The room was VERY small especially as we... More

The Hotel is well located as it is closed to St Pancras King's Cross station (train & tube). Welcome is excellent and the personnel is very kind. The breakfast is good and they are not reluctant to serve you additional toasts if you want. The breakfast room is a bit small and sometimes you have to way for a place... More

Everything was very small. I do not recommend staying here for more than a couple nights, unless small spaces don't bother you. I felt claustrophobic and I couldn't wait to get out of there - it was making me cranky. But on the other hand, you don't come to London to spend all your time in the hotel room either.... More

We visited London, then another city, then back to London. Now we know why there is great discrepancy among reviews with regard to the rooms! On our first 3-night stay, we were in a room that had old paint, furniture, and bathroom, and we were very disappointed. As we had already made reservations to return, we did so reluctantly. Lo...
