We booked the family room in the basement (room 6). It was smelly, damp and in need of a serious clean. Furniture very dated. The shower was disgusting. The grout was black and the silicone sealant was covered with mould. The radiator was thick with dust and an old plastic spoon had been stick in it for a long time.... More

This hotel is in a great location that is very convenient for Eurostar. precisely what I needed to get the 07:55 Eurostar to take my grandchildren to Paris. We booked a family room to sleep four. The room was clean and presentable and did not have the musty smell often found in cheap lodgings. There was a fan to keep... More

My wife and I arrived to a friendly welcome but we had paid for "delux" room and after we entered room 25 we wondered what a standard room must be like ! Room was so small we could not even open the the waldrobe properly ! The room itself was clean but the bathroom after use started to smell rather... More

This was a great location, I could almost hop on any line at St Pancras/kings cross. Very convenient for eurostar early departures, easy for Heathrow. Bathrooms were very small and could maybe do with updating, but the rooms were great with tea and coffee facilities.. and wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful after they got to know you a bit... another good stay in this adequate accommodation, near to station. staff, breakfast, rooms all good, and they are happy to look after your cases for hours after you have checked out. i believe they are actually renovating the rooms, starting at the top floor so its going to get better. if i had to complain about anything and its not... A stone's throw from St Pancras, this hotel has everything you need for a convenient overnight stay if you are heading off early on Eurostar. Although the bedrooms are small and compact they are comfortable and provide all essential amenities. Breakfast is served from 6.30 and they are all geared up for people with a train to catch. Bacon was... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the central hotel in kings cross for 2 nights and overall it was 'okay for the money' that we paid. The hotels location is good, only being around the corner from kings cross st. Pancras station. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who gave us the room key and told us... More

We stayed here for one night, and found the location fantastic for catching the Eurostar the next day. The room (maybe newly refurbished considering other reviews) was small, but clean with wooden floors, comfortable beds, adequate lights and again a small but functionnal bathroom with a good shower. The room was clean, the staff very friendly and the location also... More

Stayed here with my husband as we were attending a wedding and needed somewhere to sleep only. The hotel is opposite St Pancras and Kings Cross stations so is great if you're travelling by train/tube. The room was small but clean with a tiny ensuite bathroom, tv, hair drier and tea and coffee facilities. Unfortunately the hotel is next to... More
