The location cannot be beaten. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh. The breakfast was adequate and they they were happy to cook scrambled eggs etc if you asked. The rooms however are incredibly small. We had a triple and we had to move the single bed to get into the bathroom after I scraped my leg on the... More

The hotel is in such a perfect location, literally a two minute walk from St Pancras station. First appearances are aright, reception was much nicer than the rooms. I stayed in a double room where the bed was actually very comfy. But the cleanliness and the bathroom really let it down, the window and ledge was mouldy and the whole... More

Stayed at the Central for a night before catching an early train from St Pancras. Would certainly stay again in the same circumstances. Not luxury, nor did we expect it for the price. What we got was a small, clean (I think newly decorated) bedroom with just enough room for us and our two large cases, some hanging space with... More

south side of Euston road directly opposite st pancras, the location is excellent. despite being in a busy location and the hotel was full the hotel was quiet. The room, for a central London, budget hotel was a decent size (room 9) with ensuite and clean. The staff were very sweet and helpful! we arrived early, before check in and... More

I spent here two nights. The hotel is very well located. Decent and clean. Beds are comfortable. Batroom and Room were small but perfect for tourists who need a place to sleep. Price quite ok considering average price/quality in London. Served english breakfast not so high quality but there are no alternatives offered.

Firstly, when initially booked, I did request a ground floor or first floor room and this was acknowledged in the reply to me. I did however, bring this point up again on the morning of when we were arriving in the evening. I was informed by Joanne that we had been given a 2nd floor twin room, or that a... More

dead opposite st.pancras,i think you would call compact, you can go left or right from reception to your room depending on your number, the stairs are steep and winedy and you have to negotiate fie doors as well not good if you have suitcases, fortunately there was someone avaliable to take our suitcase up as we were on the top floor(having asked for... Warning Stay Away From This Place. We stayed there one night and that was bad enough. Shower was mouldy, Paper Bath Mat, Toilet wouldn't flush, Bathroom tiny you couldn't get changed in there no room and I'm only a tiny person. It look liked someone had ejaculated on the wall behind the bed. Floor Dirty, Could Hear Trains All Night.

Central location, reasonable room and ok value for money but we did not get breakfast on either day because there was not enough space in the dining room - breakfast should be optional and taken off the price - and VERY noisy. Water pressure even on cold tap very erratic and shower room (shared) too small to allow proper drying... More

We booked the family room in the basement (room 6). It was smelly, damp and in need of a serious clean. Furniture very dated. The shower was disgusting. The grout was black and the silicone sealant was covered with mould. The radiator was thick with dust and an old plastic spoon had been stick in it for a long time.... More
