Stayed here for 11 nights with my sister and we are both very satisfied. The location is great, there are busses, underground, national & international railservice reached within a few minutes. The personal is also very friendly and the breakfast was good as well. There's also free Wifi which has a very good connection even in the 2nd Floor.

Room was small but comfortable, good amenities. There was an issue with water supply but this was NOT the hotels fault. Contractors were actually digging the road up while we were staying there. All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value considering it's handy location for the major stations. Also good transport links for getting around London.

Great location,, if you are looking for a place to just spend the night then this is the place...Room that we stayed was clean and tidy. Staff were kind and helpful. Specially two ladies who served us during the B'fast. Not suitable for elderly or disable travelers.

Superb location if you plan to hit the London high Spots and take the Eurostar to Paris to do the same. Otherwise nah. This is a hotel to be avoided at all costs by the elderly or disabled. It's probably ok for backpackers and the young. The rooms are cramped beyond the wildest expectations of even died-in-the wool 2 star... More

The staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Sheets are crisp. It is tired and some of the rooms are 'compact. Decor is not inspiring. It is not cheap. Having moved on to hotels in Hamburg, Cologne and Berlin the price of hotels in London is despicable and the worst value for money I have experienced anywhere in Europe. This is... More

We stayed for one night on Saturday 30th May as we were attending the Camden Rocks Festival. Our room was a superior double on the top floor and was perfectly adequate; no surprises. Everything the website said we would have, we had and so we slept well and had a good breakfast in the morning! The staff were extremely friendly... More

My friend and I were on a shopping trip to London and stayed at this hotel for three nights. We booked a superior twin bed room with its own bathroom. Yes the room was small but lets remember that this is London. We had room number 20 on the top floor, the room was very clean as was the bathroom,... More

I do wonder at times as to whether hoteliers really do care about the people they have chosen to serve, or rather being a hotelier is just a big cash cow for them. I do see it on this occasion it being the latter OK, i was aware that for £75 per night, it wasn't going to be the Ritz,... More

our stay was the beginning of a day to remember,a touch of class among many more to follow ,it really takes you back to Victorian times of a golden era ,as people would come together as one to socialize,a selection rolls ,cream teas, pastry's,variety of teas and coffees.services was not lacking any measure of attendance as to the price came into... Our room was at the very bottom of the hotel considering the cost(£230 for two nights) it was very small. We could here the underground trains running all night and then again after about 6am. I had a complimentary breakfast which was well made but the dining area is very small and people were queuing to use it. The staff... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
