I recommend extreme caution with booking this hotel. Location was great, but room was dirty with a disgusting tiny shower with mold. Top floor rooms have been redone, but others are horrible. Not worth the price.

Stayed for one night before travelling on Eurostar the next morning - only 2 minutes away from St. Pancras, so great for those early morning starts. Staff were friendly on arrival. The decor in the room was a little 'tired' and will eventually need some updating, but I had a good night's sleep (nice bed) and only paid £110 -... More

Great Location just across from St Pancras. Staff friendly, helpful. Breakfast was excellent You can't expect 5* accommodation for what you are paying but I thought the room was fine, it was clean and served its purpose of giving me a good night's sleep. Would recommend it, especially if catching the morning EuroStar

Clean room but old torn carpet on stair. Stair is very narrow and the only way out in case of fire (which would be coming up the stairwell right at you!). You could not get out the bedroom window on our floor (2nd) and if you could have it would have been a or 4 story drop onto concrete at... More

I booked a single room here for one night, choosing this hotel as I had to catch any early morning train from nearby Euston station. The room was extremely small, tapering to a point at one end where there was a narrow window. The wardrobe was just big enough for my needs, but there was no chair of any kind.... More

Good points: the location is great, the staff are smiley and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, and while the building is old the fixtures are modern and the bed was very comfortable, if a bit small. On the downside: the place is a bit grubby and worn- the creaky stairs desperately need replacing, along with the... More

I wasn’t expecting much from a 2* B&B, but I admit we made a good choice by going there. We only stayed one night, but it’s enough to say that the staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean, breakfast is good and overall, we enjoyed our stay there. I recommend it!

Like the rest of the reviews have stated, this place is in a good location right near St Pancras station and the British Library. I was fortunate to get a good room (superior single with own bathroom), overlooking the street which let the sunlight in. The room was clean and spacious enough for me (although I am quite small), while... More

We needed a night near St Pancras as were arriving late evening on Eurostar. Good location, friendly staff and a completely adequate adeqaute, if fairly basic, breakfast We thought reasonable value for money for central London. We especially appreciated the sheets on the bed rather than just a duvet as it was a hot night.
