First of all: the location is great! really in the center, and you can fleet away in all directions.....as well to the center of London and Westminster, as to the phantastic Kew Gardens in Kew (outside London). Staff is very nice and friendly - and able to inform you or give suggestions concerning things to visit and how to find... More

Excellent location, 2 mins walk from the underground. Nice breakfast, which is a full English breakfast. A small kitchen is included with full equipment. Best value. Highly recommended. Service is good. We arrived on 0730 and checked in at the same time. Microwave and fridge included.

I was superbly pleased with this simple basic place to crash for a night before continuing my journey to the Netherlands. It's so near the underground & shops. Breakfast was basic. Although I was alone they gave me a large room at the top with a small kitchenette. Very clean & neighborhood's very safe & quiet. Best of all the... More

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the Earls Court Underground station, also there is good internet, clean sheets, there is an elevator and yummy full english breakfast. The staff are friendly. However, our room was very small, it felt grubby and smelt of cigarettes, the lighting in the halls and rooms was very dim, the bed... More

I chose this hotel because of its location. I had no trouble accessing anything in London from here using the tube (there's a station very close to the hotel) As for the hotel, it's nothing major, nothing romantic, nothing high class. Just a room for the night.

It was not until I booked this hotel that I read the reviews. Some of the reviews were terrible, that I feared that maybe I chose a bad hotel. The place was less that 5 minutes walk to Earl Court station. We got a room at the second floor which was actually good, they also had lifts which was also... More

My 6 year old daughter & I (mum) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of August 2014, this was our second stay at the Boka. I really couldn't imagine staying anywhere else, it's just such a good combo for us - superb prices for the facilities & location, coupled with a friendly, slightly quirky hotel (in a nice... More

My cousin and I stayed here for one night in January 2015. We had a room with one double bed and one single bed. On arrival the room smelt horrendous which was soon tracked down to the bathroom which smelt liek a dirt fish bowl. When reported to the staff they simple handed me an air freshner and sent me... I am sorry you feel this way, I was very concerned when you mention that reception staff simply handed you an air freshener and did nothing more so I have just checked the reception recording equipment ( video and audio) . A lady with long brown hair went to reception from your room, there were two receptionists at the desk... More

We had such a terrible time at Boka Hotel that we actually left before staying a night. There was no heating in the room so it was freezing, the toilet was leaking and made so much noise that we knew we couldn't sleep and my bed was broken. We booked a room with a queen sized bed and two single... More

Dear reviewer I am very sorry you felt this way , however for clarity for both yourself and other readers of this review I would like to set out the chain of events so we are not confused in any way. Firstly may I say the room booked was a Quad, we advertise the Quads as being either with one... More
