Stayed here at the beginning and the end of our one month trip to Europe. On both visits it was a really great experience and we truly enjoyed the stay. The staff and service was extraordinary and everybody was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very good and nicely furnished with many amenities. The executive lounge is one of the... More

This Marriott at at Marble Arch and Oxford Street is among the finest in central London. The staff is exceptional. The service is outstanding. The facilities are also to be envied. Expensive. Yes. Worth it? Yes. Oxford Street is on the corner with access to excellent shopping. If you use the TUBE the station is practically across the street. Would... More

Service very poor! Rooms hot ..renovated rooms Yes! but air-conditioning is terrible. Room service menu was so sad! We ordered room service waited a very long time, if you need anything be prepared to wait a few hours. Never again will we stay at this hotel, which is sad as it has been a great hotel in previous years!! Unfortunately... More

Rooms are good Marriott rooms, but being in central London, not very large. For the price you pay, I mean the service is good, but they lack the finishing touch that you would expect. They do what they are supposed to, but you feel a missing final touch. Maybe it was because it was very hectic, and I cant fault... More

If you are going to London get ready for hotel sticker shock. Once you put that behind you the challenge is to find a good place to stay that has a convenient location. I have been staying at Marriott Hotels around the world for 30-years and this by far is the best property of theirs that I have ever stayed... More

My husband, 7 year old son and I stayed at the Marriott Park Lane for 5 nights, and would definitely return when we are next in London. Finding a room for 3 in London is a challenge, but the MPL rooms were spacious enough to accommodate a roll away bed. The bathroom was tight but completely sufficient and well appointed.... More

From the moment I walked into the lobby I was greeted and treated like a VIP. Actually, they started before that by promptly answering some questions by email. The concierges, for my four-day stay, were proactive, responsive and caring; they gladly assisted me when I discovered that I left something on the plane, made sure that I knew where I... More

Located across the street from the Marble Arch entrance to Hyde Park. Bus stops and subway access just around the corner. Lots of shopping on Oxford Street. Rooms have just been renovated and look very nice. Bathrooms have the latest in toilet technology (with a seat warmer and built in bidet). However, the master light switch is an enigma and... More

Located in the Mayfair area of London, across from Hyde Park, the Marriot London Park Lane is more than just the perfect location. It is a throwback to when hotels were grand properties with superb service. Highlights include a world-class executive lounge and beautifully-appointed sleeping rooms. When booking with the Marriot App, you should be offered the option to have... More

We stayed at the Marriott London Park Lane for 7 nights in June. Fantastic location just outside of the Marble Arch central line tube station. Great to be so close at the end of a long day of touring. The hotel is beautifully renovated-so nice to be in a place that smells brand new! Bathroom was wonderful, bed was comfortable,... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
