Great location for business or pleasure easy access to park or high street shopping. To nit pic Restaraunt is nice and gym is a little small but it is a national chain with a high scale boutique feel. Offer juice and hot towel for arriving overseas passengers - nice touches. I had a first floor room with a park view... More

Great location, great staff, great property with a recent great renovation. It has a cosy boutique feel which stems from the intimate layout as well as the exceptionally friendly staff. We stayed their twice last year. Both times the room (mid-level) was excellent. It's our destination of choice in London. The Executive Lounge is the best I've encountered - leather,... More

Everything is to an exceptionally high standard. Well received by all staff at all times. Very comfortable room with good facilities. Apart from the Marriott brand, you pick this hotel because of the location. Great for shopping trips along Oxford St, Bond St and Knightsbridge as all are either a few minutes walk away or easily accessible. Would always be... More

This is such a lovely place that I just cannot find the right words to express my satisfaction. Location wise no one can beat it as its right opposite Hyde Park and its the first building on Oxford Street with all its shops and restaurants. The decor of the hotel and rooms are not like any of the other Marriott... More

I arrived at Heathrow at 5 AM and took the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station. After a short taxi ride I arrived at the hotel and paid 12 pounds sterling to the driver. The reception was very welcoming and I was given a room right away and invited to the executive lounge to enjoy breakfast. The executive lounge is comfortable... More

We truly enjoyed this Marriott property. The interior design is absolutely amazing. All finishes are upscale and just very modern compared to most other Marriott hotels in London. The location is perfect for shopping as well as you are around the corner (just 1 minute walk) from Oxford Street. We had access to the Executive Lounge and both breakfast and... More

Wonderful old but great condition building right on Marble Arch. Room was in good condition. Staff are very caring and helpful. Nice lounge. Only glitch was at 3am our room filled with tobacco smoke from the vent?!?! They gave us an upgrade but we lost a good nights sleep. One more thing: The toilets are heated with water jets that... Stayed for 3 nights recently. Great location to tour about. Just off Oxford Street and Marble Arch tube. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We were upgraded upon arrival to a room facing the Arch and it was a welcome touch. Everyone we encountered was professional and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. On the first... Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
