This hotel has gone through recent renovation and is now surely one of the best places to stay in London. Pro's: Friendly staff, large room, super bathroom with Grohe Rainshower, light switches where you expect them to be, large TV with all the sport channels, excellent al a carte breakfast. Heated towel rail was a nice touch. Initially, we were... More

We booked the Park Lane on points for a quick weekend getaway and expected the usual Marriott experience - larger hotel, busy etc etc. Park Lane is entirely different. Relatively small (5 floors), it projects like a boutique hotel - quiet, relaxed, and a nice respite from busy days of sightseeing in a busy metropolis. Pros: * nicely renovated lobby... More

Everything about our recent stay at this hotel was first class. From our welcome on arrival until we checked out we felt truly valued. The room and its bathroom were large and spotlessly clean, it was indeed a luxurious experience!

This 5 star hotel has been going through a major refurbishment and changed it style completely. Since last year it`s gone from a typical businessmans hotel to something more a kin to a french chateau. Nothing seems to be overlooked. It now feels fresh , and really some place I would bring my wife . The feminine touch cant be... More

Situated just off Oxford street right next to Marble Arch tube station this is an excellent hotel in a prime location. The staff can't do enough to help you. Rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. Worth getting a park view room as inside rooms look out onto walls. The pool is lovely and warm and has ambient ceiling lighting... More

This hotel was still under renovation when I went in November however they have finished renovating the lobby and the lounge for gold members downstairs. I love the new look and the lounge is very comfortable for breakfast and drinks. The staff in the lounge was attentive and friendly. Hotel room was clean. I personally like the location. It is... We stayed at the Marriott London Park Lane for 5 nights in early January 2015. What a great hotel and location. The lobby and executive lounge are very plush. Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking the park. It had been recently renovated and was very nice with an all marble bathroom. The Wi-Fi was very fast. We had... More

My wife and I finished a 5 night stay in October. The staff of the hotel was fabulous from the doorman, check in, concierge, and Executive Club staff and hidden housekeeping personnel. The room was always spotless, and everything about our stay was excellent. We had a room overlooking the Hyde Park, albeit somewhat obscured due to renovations. We ate... More

I am staying with my friend James Wallace here 5-6 times a year, since 16 years already. So I could see all the changes going on. Generally I am quite pleased with all the services, but to mention the best thing first of all: I definitely love the little steam sauna in the basement ! (In other Marriotts they have... More

We stayed at this hotel 12 nights this past November using Marriott Reward Points and were extremely impressed with the employees and the overall quality of service. We were able to check-in early to an up-graded room based on my elite status. My wife was fighting a cold and found our room a little chilly. We mentioned this to Ivan,... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
