Recommend fif you stay in the city Confort, easy access by tube, didn't get to try the breakfast though. Overall service was really good, managed to leave my luggages all day even after check out. Will go again

Club Quarters are one of the best kept secrets for personal weekend travel. Since they cater to business people during the week, they sometimes offer reduced rates on weekends for personal travel (as long as your corporation is a member). Beautiful view of St. Paul's Cathedrale and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Bus stop for the Big Bus... More

Clean, comfortable and convenient for a theatre trip - only 10-15 mins walk from Covent Garden. Friendly staff at reception and nice view of St Paul's (we had one of the smaller corner rooms at the front which enjoyed a double aspect). It was one of the warmest days of the year, so we were thankful the air conditioning kicked... More

Booked this through hotels.com and got a crazy low rate of USD 69 for the night (the manager told us next day the "walk-in" rate was over GBP 200, so that cheered us up no end! The hotel is clean, basically equipped in terms of "luxury" items in the rooms, so don't come looking for a romantic weekend style getaway.... More

I was staying just one night for business the next day in London, very impressed. Helpful staff, loads of in room facilities for business, phone chargers, usb chargers etc. Clean room, and I had a good sized shower (no bath) but that wasn't an issue for me. Fast electronic check out the next day - I would happily book here... More

It was not the best hotel we've seen but it's nicely located and the price are correct for London. We've enjoyed our stay, the room was quiet and clean. There was enough place for two and a nice cafe to have a breakfast really close.

Great location for the st Pauls etc but not a patch on it's sister hotel in Traffalger where I stayed last time. Unfortunatly this was unavailable so took they're other option of St Pauls. There's no bar, no dining and the only refreshments in the lounge were a coffee machine (that didn't work properly). The rooms were clean and tidy... More

The hotel is basic... The room (516)... A bit noisy but bright and with good views. There are water filters in the hallways and are handy! There are lots of media connections in the rooms and the beds are comfortable.

This is a 5 minute walk from the St Paul's tube station. It's also walking distance to a lot of offices and the courts. The room wasn't that big but it had I needed. Free wifi. Also there is a cupboard on the floor with irons & ironing boards which were needed as I was on a business trip. You... More

I stayed in this hotel from Sunday to Friday on business. The hotel is in a great location in western part of the City, about 5 minutes walk are St Pauls tube, Blackfriars tube and rail, and City Thameslink station, also close by is Millenium Bridge. Lots of eateries available, and some shops as well. My room was large enough,... More

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
