Stayed here before Free disabled parking and automatic doors and lift. This time were at the back of the hotel: noisy! We heard every business person leave either by car or by the banging of hotel doors . Then it seemed like an early morning call by a dustbin lorry AND we are folks that get up normally between 5&7... Arrived around check in time and parked in the underground car park, plenty of spaces when we arrived. Payment for this is £7.50 for 24hours. We cleared our cars of any goodies on display...yes its easily accessed by pedestrians off the road and maybe a roller shutter door may help to keep more secure. Although saying this our cars and... We stayed in this hotel after visiting Harry Potter Studios. It was very easy to find and in a convieniant location for getting into central London. The staff were lovely and very friendly. However, there was glass all over the carpark which was slightly worrying! There was also fighting and shouting all night from inside and outside the hotel. It... More

Quite easy to find. The car park was a paying one but in London that is the norm. The room was excellent. Warm, clean attractive decor. Bathroom was good, excellent shower. Did not have an evening meal. Breakfast was excellent. Hot food was well cooked. Love the coffee. Friendly receptionist in the morning.

First of all, let me say that I had no problems with the actual hotel. Unlike some other Travelodges I have stayed in, this was clean, newly refurbished, and with very pleasant staff. However, the website states that car parking is available, and this is accessed down a ramp by the side of the building, with the parking underneath the... More

Summary; Very good value for money, excellent service and friendly staff. From the time of checking into the hotel there was excellent response when required from all staff. In my own case the reception desk operator managed to retrieve our flight booking at short notice and checked us in online and printed the check-in documents at no extra cost.
