We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is really good because is really near the train station and the underground, so is really easy to move around the city. They offer british breakfast was good and you can start you day with energy. The service was not really good and the internet was just in the lobby... More

Having read the reviews posted by others I don't know what they were expecting for the money. We found this hotel to be clean and comfortable. The rooms have the use of a sink but the bathroom / toilet are shared but close by. The breakfast was excellent. I would definately stay again! Free Wifi available in the lobby.

I'm home from a glorious two night stop at the County Hotel, London. I say glorious, I mean terrible. Upon arrival, the firmly assertive non-English receptionist practically blamed me for the fact that she had to split our originally booked twin room into two single rooms... "You have no problem with that, do you?" with a dirty look that screamed,... More

I found what I needed. Basically a cheap room to sleep in the center of London. The room itself was clean and I didn't hear any annoying noise. I was concerned for the shared bath but it was clean all day. The breakfast was great but I expected some more attention on the cloth that appeared as it was not... More

This was our 2nd visit, 2 years apart. Has had quite a revamp since our last trip. Still don't expect 5 star. Having said that it is clean , comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was better than a lot we have tried. Couldn't get a hostel as cheap as this place. So , if you would rather spend... More

I'm a repeat customer of The County because of some things and despite others. The location is very convenient to Euston, King's Cross and St. Pancras railway stations with convenient bus stops and three nearby Underground stations. The interior is spartan; the rooms are small but adequate. The (included) breakfast is abundant and of good quality. Staff is a little... More

The hotel is in a brilliant location, 5 minutes from Euston but the hotel itself and the staff, need updating and manners. We booked via Travel junction so I took the necessary reference numbers with me. We booked in no problem. The twin room/shared bathroom was tired, shabby and complete need of a refurbishment. Tea/coffee, kettle, tv all provided for,... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
