For the price this hotel was fantastic! Close to the Victoria train and coach stations. Very close to Belgravia which is one of the best areas in London! The hotel vicinity near Victoria station and tourist coach stops at Fountain Square is very convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable for three people. However, the bathroom door is not working hence, water overflow and flooded the bathroom. The heater can be improved. Otherwise we are satisfied

this room was awful, curtain hanging off rail,television not working and power points cracked and broken.no wardrobe, had to hang clothes on rail on wall. i knew it was shared facilities,but had to walk down 2 flights of stairs to get to toilet.now the plus side ,bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly. would stay... Please make the room sociable with some paintings or plates. Keep in mind that elderly people prefer not to stay on the higher floors (without a lift).

Nice and clean hotel in a traditional building.The beds were good and the reception staff were helpful. The hotel seems to have been renovated and we were very pleased.
