We stayed in a 6 bedroom room and to be honest I was expecting much but we paid £90 for 4 adults and 2 children. The room was big enough , the beds comfy , clean linen , clean room. The room also had a fridge , microwave and sink. The guy on the reception was really helpful and friendly... More

Stayed here for 4 nights due to complications with our flight. Chose it due to a last minute decision and location, the price was also really good value for Kensington. However on arrival it was not what we expected. As we entered we nearly thought it was a joke. The rooms advertised on the website were misleading and looked far... More

Very helpful staff. Ideal for a big group of lads. Perfect central location within a couple of minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. Very basic, but for the price and location you couldn't beat it. Would suit groups/students better than families.

Me and four friends got a family room which was brilliant. The location is great as its only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. The apartments are owned by a lovely family who were incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is not a hotel and the photos are a complete fabrication. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in all sorts of accommodation and can say hand on heart that this was the dirtiest and most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Don't know how they justify their prices, no matter how budget. Booked 7 nights here... More

In kitchenette there were only 4 cups and no spoons. In room (for 4 people) was only one chair. We were there 5 days and there was no floor sweeping, no towels change. Yes, location is great and staff is friendly, but that's all.

It was the worst experience of my life , because when we arrived to the hotel it was said us that the reservation hadn't been PAID , was canceled without any reason , we ran out of accommodation and we were very poorly attended by Sir responsible for the hotel. He didn't bother even to explain what had happened ,... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
