On arrival we had to pay £633.00 before we were permitted the key to our accommodation, this would not have occurred had I been able to view the room beforehand for the pictures on the website do not reflect what met us when we entered our "family room". With 3 children the standard of cleanliness was appalling, the numerous breaches... More

I paid £103 for a family room so I wasn't under any illusions. I didn't expect the Savoy! However, bearing in mind I was travelling with 2 children under 10, I would in future be prepared to spend the extra for a room which feels safer and less seedy! It served a purpose...somewhere to lay our heads on a busy... More

The cold tap did not work & the shower was broken. On top of this I had an extra personal guest come visit me for a few hours. The hotelier then expects me to pay an extra £20 for this?! On top of my own fees as the one travelling down... I don't think so. Are you telling me hotels... More

We rent the room for 6 people. It was globally ok for the price we paid : i mean we could sleep, it wasn't too dirty, and it's well-located, but i wouldn't recommend that hotel. I'm sure you can find something better for the price. Be careful if you need the hotel to store your luggage (beofre check-in or after... More

The room was so dirty that my partner and I actually had to leave and find another hotel. Our room was in the downstairs part of the hotel, and upon entering the air was noticeably dank and musty. Both of us felt that it was difficult to breath and my partner's allergies immediately began to act up. There was mold... More

(given cheap sachets on request. told no hand towels or spare... More

We stayed in this Hostel in January 2014 and we were very satisfied. We were on a tight budget, and we knew that we weren't staying at the Ritz, but that was okay, we just needed a clean and safe place to stay. The rooms are very basic and nothing is high quality, but it is a hostel. This place... More

Pay nothing get nothing. When we arrived we saw a mouse running in the room. Everything in the room was old and dirty. Staff was unfriendly, surprisingly they cleaned our rooms though. The "hotel" was in a very good neighbourhod so that was the only advantage of staying there.

I stayed there too nights with family. Room (especially) bathroom was dirty! Bed was uncomfortable and after first night my back was hurting. Place should be hostel not hotel. There isn't elevator and stairs are high and narrow. It was difficult to carry luggage up! The only good thing at this "hotel" was the place where it is situated. But... More
