Stay in a "family room" with 2 single beds and 1 double bed on the main floor and 2 single mattresses at the loft. The stairway goes up to the loft is not safe at all, there is a big gap between the window and the edge of the loft, if you were small enough, you can fall to the... More

I spend about 100 nights every year travelling around the globe - mostly for business - and of a hotel I expect three basic things: cleanliness, functionaliy and safety. The room I had was not clean. The walls/ceilings were mouldy, the floor was broken and I did not feel like touching anything that need not be touched. For the functionality... More

Let's not get carried away with some of the other reviews on here, the hotel isn't the Savoy by any stretch of the imagination, but you have to be realistic when you look at the cost. We were a large group of 12 and trying to find somewhere in London (hotel or apartments) for anything less than a £1000 is... More

Me & my friend were meant to be staying in the hotel next door (Exhibition Court Hotel). When we arrived the man on reception told us our room had no electricity. He disappeared then came back and told us to follow him where he took us to the hotel next door and told us we would be staying here. We... More

On arrival we had to pay £633.00 before we were permitted the key to our accommodation, this would not have occurred had I been able to view the room beforehand for the pictures on the website do not reflect what met us when we entered our "family room". With 3 children the standard of cleanliness was appalling, the numerous breaches... More

I paid £103 for a family room so I wasn't under any illusions. I didn't expect the Savoy! However, bearing in mind I was travelling with 2 children under 10, I would in future be prepared to spend the extra for a room which feels safer and less seedy! It served a purpose...somewhere to lay our heads on a busy... More

The cold tap did not work & the shower was broken. On top of this I had an extra personal guest come visit me for a few hours. The hotelier then expects me to pay an extra £20 for this?! On top of my own fees as the one travelling down... I don't think so. Are you telling me hotels... More

We rent the room for 6 people. It was globally ok for the price we paid : i mean we could sleep, it wasn't too dirty, and it's well-located, but i wouldn't recommend that hotel. I'm sure you can find something better for the price. Be careful if you need the hotel to store your luggage (beofre check-in or after... More

The room was so dirty that my partner and I actually had to leave and find another hotel. Our room was in the downstairs part of the hotel, and upon entering the air was noticeably dank and musty. Both of us felt that it was difficult to breath and my partner's allergies immediately began to act up. There was mold... More

AWFUL. only nice thing abotu this place was the bathroom tiles. SO many things missing and in need of attention in this place, no milk for the provided tea/coffee (WHY??!) was given directions to local tesco for this!!, no teaspoons, no hand towels, no hand soap, no shower gel. (given cheap sachets on request. told no hand towels or spare... More
