This is a great place to go if you want a great location, but need to save some money! The staff was amazingly helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was great! The rooms were nothing special, but perfectly clean and had more than everything we needed. Overall, awesome!

This is good Breakfast and Bed type accommodation. Location: The location of this is 7 minutes walking by Caledonian Road underground station. That's very good to visit to Central London because it's next to King's cross St Pancras underground station. Staff: Very kind and good working. Room: Clean, There are some tea bags and a kettle. My two grown up children and I shared a triple room for our short break in London and were given nice welcome and looked after well during our 3 night stay. We never had to wait for the bathroom which was right next to the room and nice and clean. We felt secure and were not bothered by any noise... More

It was an ok b&b. We had a big room, with 2 single beds. We had to share our bathroom with 2 other rooms. You could choose between 4 breakfast meals. The toilet was broken, and it was no lock on the door.. Far from everything, but friendly personal though. Allot of noise from outside

Me and my boyfriend spent 3 nights there and we had a great experiance! the neighborhood very quiet, and the bar downstairs also, lucky us! near from a Underground station about 10 min. walking. The breakfast included was tasty and 3 options to choose :D. The room and shared bathroom were always clean, and coffe, tea and cookies in the... More

Stayed up the top floor, great sun window in the ceiling, fridge, tea/coffee, cupboard in the room. The staff were outstanding in the hotel, and in the bar/restaurant down stairs. It's a very interesting little place and if you're a single person or couple travelling to London on the cheap and want to stay somewhere near the city this is... More

This place perfectly did what it promise. Nothing fancy, interior is like a hostel. You have to share a bathroom which is not 100% clean, but clean enough for us. Service is a bit rock & roll and very much depending on who is welcoming you. I feel there is no std in place, but also fine for us. I... More

We stayed here for 4 days in August. The room was small but cozy and nice. The shared bathrooms were a but of a drag, but that's what keeps the price lower. The highlight is really the great couple that run the place. They are friendly and helpful. And their staff are keen also. The breakfast is another highlight. Good... More

Closest tube is about a 10-15 minute walk. Shared bathroom was small but clean. Room was nice and clean. However, we stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel rooms are above a pub. The music was pretty loud and going until 2am. Lots of sirens going on throughout the night as well. But I will say the stay was... More
