I have stayed at Hilton's (including Embassy Suites, Waldorf, etc.) over the last 40 years of my life, but never a Conrad. I can see why they say these are the hotels that Conrad Hilton selected himself. Well worth the stay.

Booked this hotel last minute for 3 nights with my mum. As soon as we arrived we felt very welcome even though the hotel is very fancy. Doorman was a great help. Cannot fault our room, spotless. Very strange but the hotel has the most beautiful smell!! We never ate here but I'm sure it would me great is everything... More

Stayed for 2 nights on a last minute trip. My first time at Conrad. Was impressed with the price for central London and the room was lovely. The door man Alexander was helpful and parked the car for me( there is no on site parking- although there is an underground parking nearby). Location is excellent for central Londonand right opposite... More

After reading reviews for dozens of glowing reviews for this hotel, I selected it for a 24 hour layover in London I had while traveling for business. The reviews are all true. This hotel is elegant and the staff are excellent. I called ahead to ask for early check in (my flight from DC was due in at 6am) and... More

We spent one night at the Conrad after a night at the theatre. The hotel is well located for this. The staff are very friendly and our room was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. One constructive critique: the breakfast room service order did not include all the requested items and the "Breakfast bread basket" contained one slice... More

My brother and I loved staying in this hotel. It was perfectly located for all our sightseeing. Furthermore the service we received from the first day of arrival to departure was marvellous. I would definitely come back here.

Excellent staff, super friendly, very willing to help us out with transportation problems. This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Westminster Abbey. Great pubs next door and around the corner. Bathrooms are luxurious and rooms are large by London standards. Big puffy comforter, pillows and linens. Just as you would expect from a Hilton property. Housekeeping staff is... More

Starting with the concierge, great chap, the staff very overall most helpful and friendly professionals. We stayed during a weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. As far as location is concerned, look no further, Some of THE landmarks of London are within spitting distance. The room was very good and so was breakfast and supper in the adjoining restaurant.... Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel was excellent. Rooms are large and clean. Bathroom was very spacious and modern. Concierge was helpful and able to book a good restaurant in a short time when some previous plans fell through. The onsite bar/restaurant, Blue Boar, was also enjoyable and was very lively on Friday night and more sedate during the rest of... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
