Stayed here regularly recently 2-3 nights a week and had to leave a review. Hotel facilities are faultless with great food in both bar and restaurant. Service is great and staff cannot do enough for you throughout your stay. Location is perfect and very close to St James underground stop.

This hotel is beautiful and clean and has a very helpful and friendly staff and is perfectly located to walk to so many wonderful things around London but is also just across the street from the Subway so with just a few steps you can get anywhere from here! The room is state of the art and very clean and... More

The Conrad St. James is very close to perfect. A lot of that has to do with the superb concierges and bellhops, who always have a friendly greeting or gladly offer help every time you enter or leave the hotel. There are just two steps between the check-in lobby area and the lounge that leads to the elevators, and as... More

Went with a friend yesterday and have been lucky enough to experienced many wonderful hotels offering afternoon tea. This one surprising ( as I got a very good offer) was exceptional. Everything from as soon as we entered the hotel. We were taken to the lounge / restaurant seated straight away. Offered the champagne we opted for the rose, And... More

Besides the GREAT location and PERFECTLY appointed rooms, the Concierge services made our stay unforgettable...!!! A wish I would've written their names because they deserve honor mentions for their helpfulness, kindness and knowledge (I remember one of them was from Albania). They made our stay and "life" in London very easy and enjoyable. Thanks Concierges... and Thanks Conrad for hiring... More

The Conrad is in a great part of London - close to everywhere! From the moment the door is opened for you to the moment you leave, the service is faultless. Rooms are opulent with lots of marble & dark woods but with all the modern amenities. If you want to see what good looks like - try staying a... More

Very comfortable and quiet. Nice polite staff were very accomondating. I would definitly stay there again. The central location to many of the sites was a main reason to stay but the comfort of the room and staff would be a reason to return.

We stayed for two nights in their standard bedroom. Very clean, well decorated, extremely large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was marbled throughout and a very good size with excellent hot water. This made up for more compact nature of bedroom (typical of London, no doubt). Customer service was very good. Location was great for sight-seeing, which was our purpose.... More

Stayed for two nights with my daughter. Pleasent check-in, nice room, except for the non-existing view. Clean room, good bathroom, and nice beds. Rather pricy valet-parking. 116 pounds for two days.. Very central and convinient transportation with the underground station just opposite the entrance. Still I have the feeling it lacks the little extra. But by all means, a first... More

Arrived mid-morning after the train trip from Paris. Room was not ready as expected since this was an early check-in. No problem storing the bags. Great location near West Minister Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Church Hill War Memorial so we headed off site seeing. Arrived back late afternoon and the room was ready with the bags in the room.... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
