Amazing room and amenities. Felt like royalty ! chocolate treats and fresh fruit delivered to the room. ALL staff from housekeeping to front desk were extremely pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Executive lounge is a bonus !

Spent two nights here after arriving into London. The entire stay was great from check in to check out. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the offering in the executive lounge were great. The only negative would have to be breakfast in the restaurant one morning. It was busy, but not crazy, however I was sat off to the... More

Down the street from Westminster Abbey and supplying all of the amenities, service, and ambience of a world class modern luxury hotel. When we checked in to our room, there was a slight odd smell, which was addressed immediately and serviceably. This hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip in Europe!

A 2 night stop over on my way to China. Truly delighted by the fantastic team and quality of my bedroom. I had use of the executive lounge which is well catered and a calm haven away from the tourists. Many thanks to the restaurant team who made me smile both mornings with their warm welcomes.

Stayed in July for a long weekend with my partner who is far more picky than I am. From arrival to departure we were nothing but blown away by the warmth and hospitality from all staff we encountered. The bedrooms are large for London standard and truly stunning with what we both agreed was the most comfortable bed we have... More

The Conrad Hilton offers everything one could want in a five-star hotel in London. A wonderfully quite location a few minutes walk from St. James park (Regent street, Trafalgar Square...the West End) and next to the underground. Attentive staff and good size luxury rooms.

I always try to give a positive report and must admit I overlook the odd mistake and put it down to experience . Unfortunately I cannot let this experience pass without drawing attention to the problems in the hope that a senior executive will read it and react. Having specifically asked to be in a quiet room away from the... More

We stayed in Conrad for seven days. We had an executive king room with lounge access. Firstly this hotel cant go wrong with location, its smack bang in front of a tube station. Very modern hotel, beautiful interiors, very friendly and helpful staff. An absolute gem of a hotel. The breakfast was ok not much variety. (though you could order... More

Stayed just one night in this hotel last year when it was an Intercontinental property and had been opened almost a year and it looked as if it had just been opened a few days. It was perfect in every respect and I just wished that I could have spent more time there. Very close to tube station and Scotland... More

We came to London to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. An excellent hotel. The check in was very efficient. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were made to feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. On arriving back to our rooms from an afternoon of sightseeing there was a complimentary bottle of wine and... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
