I really was surprised by the amenities in this hotel. I thought since this was more of an historical location it would lack many of the modern amenties. NOT SO! Bathrooms super chic and modern. They were also spacious which is not the norm in London. The bar was typical and breakfast as well however food was great and staff... More

Top class service & accommodation. Only managed to stay for one night, but if this hotel fits your budget and location requirements, I don't think it will disappoint. One small comment; you can feel/hear the rumble of tune trains in some rooms.

Stayed for 7 nights at this hotel. The lobby offer some interesting sculptures where we spend some time looking at. It is pretty nice. Concierge and service staff are always helpful, opening doors and providing information when you ask them about it The room is pretty good and quite spacious for a hotel in a packed city. Bed is confortable.... More

My Husband booked a Champagne afternoon tea during our wedding anniversary celebrations in London. The staff could not have been more helpful or attentive, and the tea and atmosphere was relaxed and superb! It felt very special - Thank you. A beautiful hotel, well worth another visit.

I completed my London trip by choosing to stay at this beautiful hotel, Conrad London, because it is located in the city's royal and political area where I can walk to visit many famous places like the Westminster, St James's Park and Buckingham Palace. Plus, on the opposite side of the hotel, there is a St. James's Park underground station... More

Lovely clean hotel. We were in a king deluxe and the bathroom was lovely and room very comfortable. Good location in Westminster and right across the street from tube station. Tea and scones were a little on the pricey side but it was a nice relaxing way to while away time before we needed to jump on the tube for... More

First stay 5 nights. Overall comfortable and enjoyable stay in a grand deluxe room (516), amenities include mini bar & snacks, Nespresso, tea, kettle, safe, hair dryer, iron/iron board, room service, and laundry service. Room is spacious with nice modern decor with a few non-practical nuances. The wireless Internet offers free and paid service, the free service is sluggish but... More

Well my wife and I stayed at the Conrad in a wonderful London location...we are high in the Hilton system so got a great upgrade to the exec club. As a freq visitor to the Conrad in BALI/SINGAPORE AND BANGKOK...I expected similar - But it didn't really emulate those hotels. Don't get disappointed by not geting a exec club upgrade..the... More

This hotel is 5-star and as such it is a safe choise if you can get a good deal! The bed is really really good, duvet is nice and soft, and we slept so well. The superior room is actually not superior - it is the standard room which fooled us when we booked through a search engine. If you... More

Stayed for two nights in a twin room. Hotel lived up to reviews. The staff could not have been more helpful and were very attentive without being overpowering. The rooms are lovely with very good modern facilities (nespresso machine, great TV, lovely bathroom) and very comfy beds. Got a good deal through Expedia and was also offered free upgrade to... Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
