5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

In the last four months I have had the pleasure staying on numerous occasions at Hilton hotels around Europe and this includes London for business and the more I stay at some the more the service reduces when I really expect the opposite. But when staying @ The Conrad - St James’s Park I have to say, like some previous... More

Very convenient location just opposite St. James Park underground station. We stayed there for 5 nights and it was very pleasant stay. Yes you can say that room sizes are not very big but this is the case of every 5 star hotels in Europe. On our request they provided us Indian food in our breakfast which was very pleasant... More

This is one of the best located hotel in London. Their concierge is the best Conceirge I ever saw. Very well organised and very helpful. I don't remember I ever met anyone in front desk. Conceirge was my stop solution for everything , Their rooms are ok , not so great. We booked two interconnecting rooms and they have us... More

Just came back from a one week stayed at Conrad St James. Good central location. The hotel is modern and clean. Good buffet breakfast in the restaurant down stair. We also like the executive lounge which serve a little afternoon tea and evening drinks. The hotel is in a business area and very quiet in the evening. There aren't many... More

Having stayed in most of the Hilton properties (Hilton, Doubletree, Waldorf, etc.) in London as well as several other hotels, the Conrad wins for quality, excellent staff, luxurious rooms, and overall high-level of excellence. Rooms are well appointed with very nice linens and towels as well as bathroom amenities, rooms are surprisingly quiet even in the business neighborhood, and the... More

I've stayed at numerous Hilton hotels around London (incl the Waldorf) for business - if I rated them now, I'd be unable to give any other a 5-star rating. The Conrad is in a league of its own. From the moment you enter, you feel like you're surrounded by modern luxury. You are. This hotel is stunning. From the lobby... More

Stayed at the Conrad London St. James recently as a part of a family vacation. Other family members stayed the Hotel 41 close by. Let me start by saying the hotel has a great central location and very well appointed modern/contemporary rooms, but service/courtesy is somewhat lacking. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and reserved two rooms in my... More

The Conrad Hilton St. James is a great location, convenient to many of London's top sights and right across the street from the St. James Park Tube Station. The hotel is modern and the staff is very helpful. We booked a package that included use of the executive lounge and breakfast every morning. We arrived before check in time and... More

Loved this place. Stayed there because of the reviews and its convenient location. The service made it even that much better. The rooms are very modern and have great amenities. If your stay package or Hilton Honors membership gives you access, take advantage of the Executive Club for complementary drinks and food. It's well worth it and a great place... More

I would strongly recommend staying at the Conrad St. James! My son (19yo) and I stayed at the Conrad in London for 7 days. The hotel is in an ideal location...very near Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham, St. James Park and much more. There is a tube station across the street. The area is very nice and safe-we walked to... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
