Great service and a magnificent location! We will be visiting again soon. The room we stayed in was an upgrade I believe so it was gorgeous and roomy! Great for couples. We mostly went out for nightlife and food, never really eating in.

This was our first visit to this hotel and will not be our last. When we arrived at the hotel at 12 noon we were told we were being upgraded to a duplex suite. We left our luggage and went out for the afternoon we arrived back at the hotel at about 3.30 ( check in is officially 3pm) but... More

One week for business, not my first experience and always good, conveniently located, sound proof rooms and excellent beds. Special mention this time to Veronica who took care of our demanding party of 10 late in the evening with a lot of energy and unmatched professionalism.

We had afternoon tea here on Saturday afternoon for part of my hen weekend. Our server Ian was absolutely 10/10 he couldn't of been more attentive and lovely! Free flowing champagne all afternoon and a fabulous selection of scones, savoury snacks and cakes etc. we had the summer in the city selection and it was one of the best afternoon... More

This was a great hotel, the rooms were nice and the service exceeded our expectations. Very close to everything and I can't imagine anyone being disappointed. We traveled as a family of four and had two rooms, one king and another with two singles. We did use the hop on hop off bus for the outer areas, however most of... More

Visited with my wife to celebrate our birthdays. Afternoon tea with unlimited champagne. Service, food in fact whole experience was absolutely superb. Special mention must go to waiter Ian for banter, attention to detail, (spoting that the kitchen had missed my wife's request for gluten free,) and generally making a very enjoyable occasion even more memorable. And when they say... More

After many years at a different Hilton Hotel in London, we were forced by circumstances out of our control to find new accomodations. After research and word of mouth,we selected the Conrad St. James. It was an excellent choice. We were delighted with the hotel, the room, the staff and the location. First, the hotel, it was elegant, modern and... More

I was lucky enough to win a competition, entitling 2 people to a night in a superior room, with breakfast and dinner, plus transfers to and from the hotel. Everything was wonderful, to staff who are polite but never forced, helpful and never ingratiating. Dinner in The Blue Boar Restaurant was delicious, with friendly and professional service. The choice at... More

Great location and very attentive friendly staff. My five year old daughter had a fantastic time. Lovely quiet room. We will definitely be visiting again very soon. Thoroughly enjoyable stay - wish it was for longer.

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
