Very friendly and helpful staff, without exception! Very good rooms and a good breakfast buffet. It's location which is very close to Victoria coach station, train station and underground was a real bonus as I needed to use the coach terminal as well as inter city trains. The only downside was the very poor internet access.

As a business traveller I tend to try a lot of hotels in order to finally find somewhere to stay regularly. As a single female traveller I am always a bit put off when I have paid and reserved in advance to be parked in a basement room next to an external door. Main access door is open 24 hours... More

Excellent location for visiting london, just 5 min walk from victoria. Room was clean however it was finished to a poor standard. For example the toilet is fitted too high up, their is a 3 inch gap under the bathroom door. The painting, light fittings and other small things have had very poor workmanship on their installation. Their was also... More

We stayed on the 2nd floor. No lift, luggage, hot, irritable - not good combination. Thank God we had ac in the room as humidity was high and room small (swinging cats not welcome). Bathroom was delightfully decorated, but the shower cubicle was for Hobbits, not normal people. Bed was 3/4 not double, which for one night was bearable for... More

As a regular business traveller the hotel and staff are just perfect! Reception staff are very professional (all of them - silvi, henal, agnus, salman, imran, matwin) not forgetting the esteemed house keeping staff (maria and ana). When returning to my room after a long day at work the room is in perfect condition and very comfortable. The team at... More

Beyond the location (excellent neighbourhood, at 6 minutes from Victoria and at 3 minutes from very nice restaurants and cafes) we found that the rooms were clean and spacious, the facilities adequate, very different from the photos I've seen in previous reviews (probably after renovation) and the staff very helpful and friendly. All in all a very positive experience

Hotel was not bad for £80. Stayed in a standard room. It was small, but comfortable. Can't imagine what the actual small room was like. Very clean and staff helpful. Walking distance from Victoria train station. We stayed in room 103, on the second floor. Would stay again.

Stayed here for one night, After waiting an eternity for the receptionist and then taking an age to actually check in, we were given two rooms down in the basement. Whilst the rooms were nice enough, one (114) was right next to a noisy generator and it was impossible to sleep. Supposed to be a 'Club' room but more like... More

Lovely place to stay, very friendly staff and brilliant location. I stayed here for a couple of nights and found the location very convenient. Only a 5 minute walk to Victoria station. Rooms were lovely, comfy beds and top showers. Breakfast was a lovely selection of cereals, fruits, yoghurts, croissants, toast, rolls, ham, cheese and Danish pastries. Would definitely stay... Staying in Belgravia

Neighborhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
