Terrible hotel. Avoid at all costs. 4 star category? Near 150 pounds per night on special offer? Tripadvisor certificate of excellence 2012? Just goes to show you cannot trust any of these parameters! Whatever your expectations, you will be disappointed. Rooms so cramped that they are beyond impractical - rather bordering on impossible. Ceiling so low that you can actually... More

Name: victor baptista Reserve code from booking.com: 877528317 From 4/10 to 8/10 I stayed at your hotel just a few hours, I had to flee because literally i have got a mouse in my room. Reps confirmed this and caught the mouse with a towel. I demanded that they move me to another room but they did'nt have any available... More

I stayed here for 1 night but wish I hadn't! The location was brilliant being right next to Victoria station. It didn't start well as I couldn't find the hotel & by the time I got there I was shattered & rather annoyed. The Receptionist was very nice & after checking in, a member of staff insisted on showing me... More

We stayed in the hotel this weekend for Last Night of the Proms in Hyde Park and we were very pleased with our stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the minute we set foot inside. As we arrived early (11am) our rooms were not ready, which we weren't expecting anyway as check in was after 2pm,... This hotel is in an excellent location ! It is only a 5min walk to both Victoria bus and train station from where you can travel to most places. The hotel is not for anyone who has trouble going up stairs as the stair case is quite narrow and steep and there are no lifts ! The room itself was... More

We booked this hotel as a group booking for a hen do. When we arrived the check-in was completely disorganised. Took us around 30 mins to check-in, I expected them to be prepared as we booked well in advance but it felt like we'd just walked in off the street and they didn't know we were coming. Next I get... Overall a pleasant stay Pros - Excellent location, close to Victoria Coach/Rail/Underground, Hyde Park, and all the posh stuff - Very nice shower room - Comfortable bed - Staff are good Cons - Door can't be bolted from inside - Windows don't lock shut - Breakfast a little disappointing - mostly tinned and packaged food - Internet hardly ever worked

We needed a bed for the night for the middle of our 2 day stay in London and this was just what we needed. We had the larger room on the first floor and it was a good size, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was a good size and everywhere was clean. Had a good night's sleep recharged ready... More

The location is really good, as it is 5 minutes from Victoria Station and 2 minutes from Victoria Coach Station ( good if you do not have time and you have to travel to/form airports). The hotel itself is not bad but spending 139€ you may expect a bit more. The rooms are small but overall clean. The breakfast is... More
