Overall a pleasant stay Pros - Excellent location, close to Victoria Coach/Rail/Underground, Hyde Park, and all the posh stuff - Very nice shower room - Comfortable bed - Staff are good Cons - Door can't be bolted from inside - Windows don't lock shut - Breakfast a little disappointing - mostly tinned and packaged food - Internet hardly ever worked

We needed a bed for the night for the middle of our 2 day stay in London and this was just what we needed. We had the larger room on the first floor and it was a good size, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was a good size and everywhere was clean. Had a good night's sleep recharged ready... More

The location is really good, as it is 5 minutes from Victoria Station and 2 minutes from Victoria Coach Station ( good if you do not have time and you have to travel to/form airports). The hotel itself is not bad but spending 139€ you may expect a bit more. The rooms are small but overall clean. The breakfast is... More

My daughter and myself went to London, for a business trip. Being Wimbledon all rooms seemed to have been taken. The prices had rocketed so for one night it was £173 pounds. MostHotels did not provide Breakfast so it was it was nice to have some basic food. On arrival we were late. The Hotel did not serve food We... More

Not a nice feeling to find out that, after hours of traveling and having booked the room 3 weeks in advance, you will sleep in the basement. The front manager's answer was "what is the problem with it sir? It's a room like the others". Speechless

My partner and I stayed at the Park Avenue over the Easter weekend for 2 nights. The only positive thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable. The room was very small, the bathroom even smaller. There was hardly anywhere to put anything and the shower was broken so we ended up having to hold it while we... More

A very acceptable stay, just a short walk from Victoria Station. Clean and large enough for a short stay, the staff were helpful. The web pictures reflect what we found. The continental breakfast was great and included in our £131 for Saturday night so good value for the capital. A slight minus, my wife found the lighting in the room... More

Let's start with the positive. The location is very central, only a 5 min walk from Victoria Station from where you can travel anywhere you like. The reception is open 24/7 which allows for convenience when arriving late or leaving very early. I booked a Club room which is slightly bigger than the other rooms, however they're in the basement... More

The location of this hotel is perfect, 5 minute walk from Victoria train and bus stations. The hotel is open 24 hours which is perfect if you're returning late from a show or night out. As others have mentioned, this hotel tends to double book. I was called at 9pm the night before I was due to be staying to... More

I stayed here for one night, the location is great for Victoria and the surrounding areas and the price was good, however, the walls / floors are not well sound proofed and there was continual talking from the room above. Bathroom door did not fit properly and the plug sockets were hanging out of the wall. Breakfast was good and... More
