System double booked me so I didn't stay in the room, so I can't say what it was like. However, staff booked me a room at another hostel, gave me directions, refunded me the difference, then invited me back for a (free) cooked breakfast and to use their wifi. Staff, especially Lara, could not have been more helpful and friendly.

I recently spent several days here so can give an accurate description and photo`s. The hostel is above a pub/ restaurant and is a short walk from Paddington tube and rail station. On booking in, which is done at the bar, in a busy food service area, a new member of staff was dealing with the bookings and as there... More

We stopped of here encouraged by the positive reviews but we were very dussapointed with our meals. The veg was rock hard and the chicken under cooked (my son's was red under the surface). The beef was too tough to cut with a knife never mind chew. The first waitress asked how our meal was and when we complained she... More

Nice pub the have a beer and something to eat. Good and nice service. A lot of backpackers come in because of the beds from 19 pounds, don't have high expectations but the sleep you get is good.. Train, bus and underground around the corner.

When I booked a room here I was a little skeptical, however my experience was most plesant. I booked for 3 nights over the weekend which cost around £67 plus £20 deposit for key and linen. The rooms were a little bit cramped however very clean and lockers provided, so make sure you bring a padlock. You are actually able... More

Location of this property is great and the only selling point. The staff are inattentive and the shower/wash area is basic and was dirty on my visit. Ok to stay at for the price but do not expect too much

Perfect LOCATION to have one or two pints before heading to Heathrow. Solid pub with great music. In the middle of Paddington across the street from the Hilton! Fish and Chips are mandatory. Wide range of British beers, both ice cold and traditionally cellar warm.

And exhausted group of 7 of us (3 adults, 4 kids ages 7-13) staggered into the Pride of Paddington on a Saturday evening and were lucky enough to get a table in the packed restaurant. While the shepherd's pie special was fine, as were the burgers the kids ordered, the Pride of Paddington cask ale was awesome and arguably, dare... More
