We stayed here as tourists for one night on a brief trip to London having found a room for a great price. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the rooms were extremely comfortable and well equipped. We did not spend too much time in the hotel and consequently did not use any of the facilities such as the... More

Just stayed at this hotel on Marathon weekend and I can not really find fault. Very comfortable, well equipped rooms, polite friendly staff and a perfect location for a quiet weekend stay in London. As this in the heart of the banking district everywhere around is closed on Saturday and Sunday and I do mean everywhere including Sainsburys local! But... More

We attended an event at the Mansion House and booked in for one night as Threadneedles is so close by, we got a very good rate booking about three weeks ahead. After a hot journey we were delighted to receive a cold glass of Prossecco on check in which was very efficient. The room was perfect for our needs and... More

We spent the loveliest weekend here in March and from the moment we encountered fabulous service, beautiful surroundings and exactly the serene sanctuary we needed... I couldn't fault this hotel, and I will definitely return! The only thing to be aware of is that the City, with its shops and restaurants, are mostly closed on the weekend, but Bank tube... More

Only good things to say about this hotel. We stayed two nights for a weekend away without the kids. The hotel is located in the London City banking district and as a consequence less lively than other areas of London might be over the weekend. There is an Asian restaurant (Oriental Pacific) across the road (open Fri, but closed Sat)... More

Angela and I had another wonderful visit at Threadneedles, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left was wonderful. The lobby is Threadneedles, but what makes Threadneedles so much more is the people who work in this wonderful hotel. Apostolos Fanaris is the Front Office Manager and he is just brilliant, as is everyone who works for him.... More

I stayed at the Threadneedles hotel with my partner this weekend and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the service. We did not arrive until around 6.30 to check and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady named Agna. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that we had been upgraded to a superior room... The service here never fails to impress me. I stayed on Friday 28 February and the gentleman on check-in was very professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble including the loan of a phone charger. This is one of my favourite places to stay. It doesn't get much better than Threadneedles.

Stayed here on a return visit for two nights. We use this hotel for business due to its location and generally very good standard. This time round I was puzzled to have to pay GBP 355 for a small room with an even smaller bathroom (203). Toiletries have been changed so now no hand/body lotion any longer - you have... More

This hotel is in the heart of the London financial district. Lots of high powered young Turks bustling about. We used a Marriott Points to do London right, but it took a LOT of points for our two night stay. It's a very lavish hotel with a very well appointed room, and we were upgraded to an executive room at... More
