Staff were a bit useless, hotel had double booked rooms - standard procedure apparently - then try and ship you off to other branches. You don't book a hotel in one part of London to be sent to another area. Made a fuss and they "found" a spare room. Can't risk this nonsense again. Breakfast was a box of long... More

Booked this as part of a weekend in London. Hotel itself was fine. Good size room, clean and good value. Location was poor, 20 mins from nearest rail link and no real bars or restaurants nearby. Had to get a taxi to a decent part of town. Pay the extra and stay more central.

Good points:- It was clean, showers good, cheap (in comparison with other hotels in the area), bed was fairly comfortable, car parking is discounted from £30 to £5 for 24 hours if you are staying. Bad points:- Carpet was damp ( after being wetvac'd), corridor smelt, one towel in room.

The hotel was clean and fresh and the staff was friendly and very welcoming. We stopped here for couple of days to meet our daughter as it was amazing staying with travelodge. Will definite come back again !

This was my second stay here the last time was a year ago when the upgrading was taking place that is now all completed. rooms remain in good condition, staff are still helpful and pleasant, had to ask for a bath plug for my room which was brought to the room in minutes. The hotels location is a bit run-down... More

We were attending a party in town and needed somewhere to crash. The room was bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. It isn't the poshest place in the area, but for a business trip or just for somewhere to get your head down this is perfect.

Stayed here a fair bit, not through choice but work book it, hot water is a real issue and has been for years, would definatly not book it! Has a serious issue with its boilers that travel lodge are just not interested in addressing the problem!

Booked to stay 2 nights at this hotel. The smell when entering the corridor was disgusting. It was also in the room,a damp fusty moldy smell. Opened both windows as far as they would go in the hope of freshening up the room. During the night the smell seemed to get worse, it wasn't the sheets they were clean and... More

Very good value, clean and comfortable. Only criticism was a lack of towels in room which was satisfactorily rectified. Surprisingly quiet with little noise from the street. This visit improved my perception of travelodge.

Rooms clean and made up on arrival for family of 4. Comfy bed, but TV reception poor. For meals, would recommend the Bella Mia Italian, next door, lovely food and good value. Bus 44 from outside also gets you right to Victoria.
