Our experience was everything you could expect for £10 per person per night the staff were excellent everything was clean and there was a vending machine which worked well, everything at the hotel worked including the showers, taps, toilets and the lift

This was the 3rd time i've stayed ere recently and i was very dissappointed with the room. It was room 14 on the ground floor next to the car park. All night the door in the corridor kept slamming and there was alot of noise from the car park. I felt that the receptionist knew that he was giving me... More

I booked myself and my partner a cheeky night one bank holiday weekend at Battersea Travelodge, and I must admit I was quite impressed. I had read the reviews on here after making the booking and was quite skeptical about staying. When we arrived, I was greeted by a lovely cheery young lady with a pony tail, who was more... More

Rating hotels is a game. Why should 3* carry so much Stigma ? If the hotel is clean, warm, quiet, comfortable, right location and at the right price why worry about find minor faults to drag my 5* rating to 3*. What would it achieve.? Battersea Travelodge is a budget hotel that meets all our many requirements, not perfect and... More

The room its self was not actually too bad wit ha comfortable bed, clean linen and amenities that worked. The good stuff ended there. The breakfast paid for in advance was a cardboard box with long life sugar enriched cack. There will be two things that survive the nuclear holocaust, cockroaches and that box of breakfast because I would not... More

A weekend stay here was pretty much satisfactory in many ways but there are some considerable downsides. The room itself was clean and kitted out to the basic Travelodge standard. The new beds certainly make for a comfortable sleep. The location is sub-optimal: Clapham Junction station is nearby, but not near enough to walk to with luggage. It is somewhat... More

I stayed here for one night for a weekend in London with my boyfriend in November 2014. We chose this hotel because of its cheap price (£55 for one standard double room) and the reputation of the Travelodge hotel chain. We were disappointed for two main reasons: the location was a 40 minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station and... More

We arrived 30 minutes early and asked if a room was ready which we were informed there was. However with a blunt reply we were told it would cost us £10 for an early check in. There was no apology or leeway so were were forced to wait the 30 minutes wandering around the nearby Homebase. The hotel is poorly... More

This Travelodge is a bit of a hidden gem - a little out of the way but definitely worth it. There's no tube nearby but there are plenty of buses and Clapham Junction Station is a short walk away. We had a double room on the first floor towards the back of the hotel (the nice guy on reception said... More
