First let me start by saying this establishment should not exist and should be shut down! They absolutely trick you on booking.com by only posting beautiful clean rooms provided by the Mina House hotel. By the way, SHAME ON BOOKING.COM! A co-worker told me after a day after I booked the room if I checked TripAdvisor for reviews. I did... More

I can't believe they had the nerve to charge £100 a night. Our room had damp up the walls, and running up the corridor of the basement. The room was noisy, and tiny. No coat hangers to hang anything. The drawers couldn't open because the bed was in the way. No tea and coffee making facilities And to top it... More

Arrived at night after our flight was delayed, just to discover we had to climb with 10 kg bags (on our back) to the 4th floor on a tiny staircase, to a twin room when what we ordered was a double one. No breakfast, facilities are poor, doesn't worth the high price paid. Location is good though, some 4 min... More

We stayed on this hotel for two days in October 2014 and still I can't believe it. It is a very old hotel, the rooms smell moldy. Carpet very dirty, the room was very small fort two persons. If you have health problems you are adviced not to stay in this hotel it humide and smells very bad.

If you have booked at Mina House hotel in London, because it was the only hotel available (no one in his right mind would willingly book such a place unless being forced to), just postpone your trip so that you can stay elsewhere. The Mina house hotel is the shabbiest hotel I have stayed in the past 25 years (last... More

Room was very small, rundown. Man at reception was rude, did not help with bags up two flights of stairs (two older women). No tea/coffee making facilities. There is much better available for the price.

Went to check in to be told that we had been relocated around the corner at another hotel of similar quality. We had lots of bags and started the Walk to find they had given us the driving directions which were the long way if you are walking. New hotel was ok but further away from our friends and they... We stayed for one night in this disgusting little Paddington hotel. Will NEVER stay here again. Got a room in the lower ground floor, with spiders and mould all over the walls. Smelled of chlorine, as to overpower the smell of rot and mould. Neighbour room talked quietly on the phone during the night - we could hear everything she... More

Bad hotel. Very dirty. Been here a ten years ago. Had a very small and very dirty room. Toothpaste of former guest was still on the sink. Didn't dare to take a shower in the dirty showertub. No elevator, very poor breakfast (didn't ate there, bought breakfast somewhere else). Fire extinguishers were overdued. Staff was unpolite, the only thin that... More

Admittedly, I was slightly worried about visiting and staying at the Mina House Hotel, having looked at reviews, however it seemed good value considering the location and therefore took my chances. I was visiting London as a tourist with my other half, and I have to say, the Mina House was exactly what we needed. It was clean, and despite... More
