This is a typical Holiday Inn. You can clearly know what to expect. The rooms are a decent size for central London, with all the regular amenities. Good size TV with many channels, mini-bar. iron, hair dryer etc. The bathroom had soap, shampoo and shower gel, with good towels. The breakfast is a buffet. The staff were friendly and attentive.... We stayed for a few days here as we wanted a central location in order to visit the museums and galleries of London and the Underground stations of Great Portland St and Regents Park are only a short walk away. We were surprised by how quiet the location is, opposite an office block and no noisy roads at all. Excellent... More

Stays for 2 nights, location was great, easy access from Great Portland tube station (metropolitan / circle and hammersmith line) or even on foot from Euston station. Staff were friendly both in the receptionist as well as restaurant. Room was clean, facilities also sufficient. Definetely will come back and recommend to other friends.

Good location, only 3-4 mins walking distance from metro. Large reception area with business centre. checking procedure its a bit long and manager was in reception (she) was very rude with staff and she does not smile or anything. Its a bit odd to see this kind of things in reception. So it was not very welcoming. Hotel reception is... More

A well located hotel within walking distance of everything London has to offer. I have had a few bad experiences with the Holiday Inn brand, but this visit has restored my faith. The staff were very friendly from Reception through to the Breakfast team. There was lots of very genuine welcomes. The bedrooms are very simple, but all you need... More

Good: Staff, facilities, breakfast, conference sweet, conference catering, location, bed. Bad: Only really one thing, but it ruined the stay for me. The noise was just too much. Not internal, from the street. The windows do a lousy job. I could hear conversations in the street, and every vehicle that passed. The hotel can't do much about people stumbling home... More

I stayed here for one night on business. Room was small (as always in London) but for single occupancy was fine. Temperature was a bit cold. Furnishings especially bathroom were modern. Large buffet breakfast with everything you would expect except a Latte machine. I'll be back.
