Very luxurious, we didn't eat dinner/lunch in the hotel so I'm not sure of that food but we had breakfast every morning and it's fabulous! Try the mushrooms and pancakes!! Nice quite hotel with... My wife and I stayed here for a week in early May 2015. The first thing that struck us was that the hotel was located in a quiet neighbourhood but within easy walking distance to the Underground (Great Portland Street or Warren Street Station) and Euston Train Station. Also, easy walking distance to Oxford Street, Soho, etc. The second thing... More

I stay here quite frequently as it is close to our office and we have a corporate rate. It is also quieter and less touristy than other areas of London yet close enough to get to the tourist sites. Unless you book an over priced executive room or get upgraded, the rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms. Beds are comfortable... More

Booked this as had visited before but was very disappointed. Check in system had gone down prior to arrival so took half an hour to book us into our 2 rooms . Both couples had booked doubles however rooms were totally different in size and services. On second night returned to find keys disabled so no access to lift again... More

Well located for shoppers. More or less 10 minutes to Oxford by foot. A good hotel but nothing special to mention ( nothing bad either ) Small rooms indeed but that's London. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

A great location for visitors of London. Just north of the hotel you have Regent Park which is a beautiful park/gardens. South of the hotel you have the shopping district of Oxford Circus. And there is at least one Tube station just 5 minutes away. It's great that right across from the hotel there is a Salisbury Local in case... More

Good hotel in a great location for Oxford st as its only a 10 minute walk Clean and comfortable with a good choice at breakfast, though it does get very busy , so choose a later breakfast time if you don't want to queue. Staff were friendly and helpful . We would stay again.
