I was in a rush so I was looking for any room to spend a night in London. By booking with this hotel, my nightmare became true. So first , the receptionist was not welcoming at all. I asked him some questions about the area and buses and he couldn't reply. And he is welcoming you by saying that you... More

Arrived and the staff were rude and impolite. Asked us to sign a slot for breakfast the next morning so we did. We got to our room and the whole thing was on the slant so everything we put on the table would fall off. They had taken all the drawers out of the furniture for some reason! The place... More

This is without doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was a good size but that's about as far as it goes for good points. 1st issue was the view from our window... it looked like a dumping ground for old mattresses and beds. We planned on having a shower on arrival but once we saw the... More

The property is in a residential area between Bayswater and Notting Hill. With that said, the clientelle are teenagers and early 20-somethings who want posh bragging rights of where they're staying while paying a hostel budget. Here's what I observed in the one-week stay: (1) Spaniards are loud past 2am running up and down the hallways knocking each other's door,... More

We stayed here one night as we needed to be in London. We booked through an agency (Venere) who told us that we could park on the street for £2/hour. This was not true, it was resident only parking nearby and the nearest on street parking we found was more than £2/hour and limited to only four hours stay so... More

Paid for a room with 3 single beds and even sent email and made a telephone request to ensure we had the room I had paid for. Oh yes we had a single and the smallest double bed the world has ever seen. The booking sheet I saw at reception even had 3 single beds on it and when I... More

Just returned we stayed 2 nights for the busiest weekend in London which meant we were left with little choice for hotels especially with the prices they others were asking. This hotel For the price.....£25 per person per night, it was reasonable. It is 2 star and I don't know what people are expecting, but this means you have a... More
