** hotel and it is exactly what can you expect. room equipment is very old, but functional. clean as possible for this kind of stuff. very thin walls. breakfast ok - toast, jam, cheese, egg, cereals, joghurt. don´t worry, I´ve seen much much worse places to stay :)

The room wasn't fresh. The shower didn't work. We only had 30 minutes to eat breakfast. We booked time for having breakfast but there was a lot of people who didn't. I haven't got my depositmoney back. We won't go back again.

The only good thing about this hell hole was the price and location. It is in zone 1, and the area is lovely. I stayed in room 406. It was a cupboard with a bed in. The room was a foot bigger than the bed all round. There was a single sheet as my cover, with a military style blanket... More

It's not the greatest hotel, but we didn't pay much either. The wifi didn't work, we had used dirty towels on the bed and the sink was clogged. They did fix the problem right away, but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. The blonde girl at the reception desk didn't seem to want to answer our... More

Simply put, this is the most appalling, disgusting and worst managed hotel I've ever seen. The continental breakfast was bread and a toaster, the room was so small the double bed had been pushed against the wall. I complained about this and got told tough luck. I got stuck in a basement room which meant a hallway that smelled of... More

The worst hotel in London> if you dont have enough money to pay for something away from this terrrible place do not visit London yet. Save up and stay well away from the stained bed covers and the dangerous layout. The mattresses are terrible to say the least, the plugs on the wall do not work. Its a terrible place... More

'worst hotel experience ever, stains on duvet/blanket, hair on pillow and when we asked to change it we were told there were no additional pillows, room in the attic with no space whatsoever even though we asked for a lower ground room due to a back injury so we had to take our luggages up 4 storeys with no help... I can do budget hotels and as the approach to holiday season comes I was looking for a cheap hotel near work that I can crash out out at and walk to work in the morning. I stayed two nights; one night late August and one in late Sept. First time round the TV didn't work and the mattress was... More

We had a very hard time finding this hotel, but finally did after asking for directions many times. No one in the neighborhood knew where it was! First impression at reception was ok, but when we got to the room we were put off by the smell. It was a very small room with an added on loft. One bed... More
