As a serial poster, I should have paid more attention to the reviews. I thought it would be ok for someplace to just sleep! After having to schedule a 30 min window for breakfast, in advance, and having to climb 63 stairs to get to room, in should have paid more $$ and stayed somewhere else.

Stayed here for two weeks on a holiday in London. I got a double room with an ensuite bathroom. Everything was functioning: lights, hot water, plumbing and TV. After reading horrible reviews, I thought I wouldn't survive, but it was not as bad. The room was a bit small and cramped for a double room and had no table where... More

I stayed at a budget hotel once before in London, and having stayed at a hundred different hotels over the years, I can honestly say that that was the worst experience of my life. When I read the reviews here on TripAdvisor the day before I stayed there, I was terrified. Either the reviews are really out of date or... More

We stayed for 2 nights in a functional ensuite double. After reading the reviews I was not expecting much and that is exactly what we got. I have stayed in worse and given the prices locally this was definitely a case of paying for what you get. As a base to explore it has its niche which is rough, cheap... More

** hotel and it is exactly what can you expect. room equipment is very old, but functional. clean as possible for this kind of stuff. very thin walls. breakfast ok - toast, jam, cheese, egg, cereals, joghurt. don´t worry, I´ve seen much much worse places to stay :)

The room wasn't fresh. The shower didn't work. We only had 30 minutes to eat breakfast. We booked time for having breakfast but there was a lot of people who didn't. I haven't got my depositmoney back. We won't go back again.

The only good thing about this hell hole was the price and location. It is in zone 1, and the area is lovely. I stayed in room 406. It was a cupboard with a bed in. The room was a foot bigger than the bed all round. There was a single sheet as my cover, with a military style blanket... More

It's not the greatest hotel, but we didn't pay much either. The wifi didn't work, we had used dirty towels on the bed and the sink was clogged. They did fix the problem right away, but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. The blonde girl at the reception desk didn't seem to want to answer our... More

Simply put, this is the most appalling, disgusting and worst managed hotel I've ever seen. The continental breakfast was bread and a toaster, the room was so small the double bed had been pushed against the wall. I complained about this and got told tough luck. I got stuck in a basement room which meant a hallway that smelled of... More
