What a strange little place! On entering the building it has some lovely Victorian features such as a beautiful tiled hallway but on closer inspection many of the tiles are loose and not stuck down. The ‘reception’ is a cupboard... I don’t mean because its small…it literally is a cupboard. I arrived abit early and the door was locked with... More

We needed a reasonably priced place to stay the night. We each had a single en-suite room , a comfortable bed , tv, free wifi, an iron , a hairdryer ,a kettle ,tea & coffee in a perfect location. What more do you need? The staff were very friendly and checked us in quickly as we had a taxi waiting... More

With regret, we understand, a single mother, alone over christmas and in need of companionship, may feel disappointed. The hotel was closed during your stay and therefore you only had the night porter for company. The staff went home to their friends, families and loved ones for christmas and were not available to clean your room during their absence. This... More

There's nothing special about the hotel, the room was tiny and services minimal however it was in a great, pretty quiet, location, was cheap (£60 for the night) and was ideal for what we were looking for. If you're after something luxurious this is not the place for you but if you want somewhere close to Earl's Court or Olympia... More

It does 'what it say's on the tin' . Clean and pretty well equipped rooms with good hot showers and acceptable linen. I stayed in a couple of rooms the second being far better than the first for quiet and a more comfortable mattress. The staff are really helpful and do their best. Would definitely go back depending on the... More

Always when i go to London i stay in this hotel and in the same room. The room looks like a little flat (very cute ,comfy and bright) it had a nice balcony as well :) bathrooms very clean and friendly staff. In the second time we stayed there our fly home was very late, so we check out and... More

Me and a friend stayed here as we were working at an exhibition at Olympia for 3 days. We were shocked at the low price and so didn't hold high expectations. But were pleasantly surprised when we got there. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who told us everything we needed to know and were shortly shown to our... More

We stayed 17th February 2015 and must say after reading the reviews I was a little dubious (husband booked) but for £55 on booking dot com for the night it was excellent. Room is a little on the small side but hey it's London if you want floor space triple your budget. On the plus sides we checked in at... More

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and never have I had to pay for late check-in! I rocked up at 1:30am so a £20 charge on top of £50 I paid for the single tiny room. Their excuse was that the porter was not paid after midnight and it was their hotel policy. I booked through... More

Our reception is open 3pm until midnight, 7 days per week. During the night, a night porter is available for checkin, by appointment, for £20. Apologies that you didn't notice our terms and conditions at the time of booking, the time of confirmation, nor on the Important Information area of the website you booked. More

I like this hotel, stayed her twice now, it's in a nice neighbourhood, close to the metro and the supermarket. the metro earls court is great to be close at. the rooms are however very small, but it's clean and the bathroom is clean and good. and there's free internet, if you are on a higher floor you might have...
