We don't normally write reviews but we felt this was so bad that we had to. A cancelled flight meant we had no choice but to take any room we could find at short notice. This was the only hotel we could find that had any availability, but even in the same circumstances again, we wouldn't stay in this hotel... More

I am writing in response to this review as I feel it strongly misrepresents my hotel. While it is true that a couple of our double bedrooms are quite small, they are immaculately clean, which is something this hotel prides itself on. The mattress was bought new last year but, having heard this complaint, we will check it immediately. If... More

My husband, two young daughters and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location was fantastic, just two minutes' walk from the tube. We arrived early, but were entertained by extremely welcoming staff who told us where to go and what to see while our room was being finished. Our daughters were entertained by a friendly dog, who... The location is great, the tube station and bus stop being a stone's throw away. The decor and feel of the hotel is good as well. But thats where the positives end. To start with, the rooms are very very small, the bathroom is tiny. It is very noisy as noise inside and outside the hotel can be heard. One... More

What a great place, couldn't have expected anything more. for us it was perfect. I called direct and the price was superb. After spending all day in London, it was a pleasure to go back to our rooms, and where ever we wanted to go the staff knew straight away where to send us. I loved the area, with good... More

We went there for a weekend to stay in a triple room. The reception wasn't very welcoming and they charged us extra for paying by credit card! The room was very small with nearly no space for the luggage. You here every train of the Piccadilly line until midnight and it starts in the eary morning. We also had to... More

Stayed there for 2 days over a bank holiday weekend. Very professional and helpful staff. The kitchen staff served us breakfast us even after the hours ended which we greatly aprpeciated. Otherwise the hotel is in a great location. just 3 min walk from Earl's Court tube station. Bunch of awesome places to eat around. We visited Masala Zone thrice... More

We stayed for two nights Sat/Sun. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small but looked like it was fairly new and modern.Only a bath towel for each person is supplied but they were clean and fluffy and where changed for the second day which we didn't expect. TV in the room coffee and tea also supplied. Breakfast... More

We stayed here for one night when attending Aerosmith at the o2. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was suitable-not spacious by any means but definitely sufficient and the breakfast was reasonable enough. Our only real complaint was that the mattress on the bed was not particularly comfortable. However we would... More

We booked a room for 5 and got given a room with only 4 beds so we asked for another bed to be put in while we went to explore London (Great place) but when we go back no bed .... so we asked again and 30 mins later we finally got a 5th bed but the quilts had stains... More

Really, I would have rated this 0 stars if i could have. Anyway, lets start with the positive points - its location is great, around the corner from Earls Court, VERY close to the tube.. and thats it. Downsides, well they make you pay full price for the room when you arrive, mainly because chances are, you wouldnt pay after... More
