I stayed there for 6 nights on mid December. Location: 2 min. walk from the Earl's court station, lots of place to eat, several supermarkets (some open till late time), very lovely and lively neighborhood. Staff: were welcoming, I was shown to my room quickly. The room (202): was so tiny but I didn't mind since I was not staying... more

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, polite and friendly - this seemed to reflect the atmosphere there also. I stayed with about 25 people for a hen weekend and everything went well - the rooms were clean and pleasant to stay in. Great value for money. Hotel is situated on a lovely quiet street, yet still a stone's... more

My family booked for 2 nights at the Lord Kensington Hotel in London off Earl's Court, and had the worst hotel experience I've ever had! The room was very tiny - when we brought in our 2 suitcases, there was no room for us to walk, and we had to climb over the beds to get to the bathroom. There... more

I Have recently had a fantastic stay at the lord Kensington Hotel, the hotel, located in a beautiful tree lined street, is the perfect base from which to explore London as it is in such a great location with lots of near by shops, restaurants bars and culture and so close to public transport. the rooms were really clean and... more

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. The staff at this hotel especially the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff deserve a special mention. They are friendly, energetic and super efficient. They organised our sight seeing tours, transportation, theatre shows and also reccomended some delicious restaurants and area's which we visited as a family and had a... more

Stayed here for 1 night in a double room in August. Was very very disappointed by the size, it was tiny!! the double bed was pushed up against the wall so could only get in from one side with a radiator as a headboard, you couldn't even get out at the end of the bed because it was blocked by... more

I stayed here for 2 nights with my parents who had come from Italy to visit. Got a triple room, which turned out to be in the attic (!) and so crammed you could barely walk around. Everything was shabby and not looked after. Very very basic - I was expecting it to be nice and cosy. The trains getting... more

My husband and I spent one night there this last weekend. Having read many horrible reviews here about tiny rooms, worn bathrooms and bed-bugs, we were prepared for anything. But the hotel was a pleasant surprise: yes the room was small, but it was very clean, as was the bathroom. Took the shower, plenty of hot water, and no water... more
