Friendly but definitely something in bedding. Staff were engaging and generally helpful. Breakfast fair and location good. Sort out the bedding issue and 4 stars. The noise from trains is not hat disruptive.

A great friendly feel to the hotel, staff were very welcoming. A great breakfast too! Good location! Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds, free wi-fi, tea/coffee available in the room. A good quality breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for the weekend of the Marathon and it was a perfect location. The staff were so helpful and kind to us, even though we had all kinds of crazy running needs, nothing was too much bother. Our room was lovely and even with 3 of us sharing, we had plenty of room. I'd certainly rebook next year, although... More

The hotel was very convenient to the tube station at Earls Court. But even better was the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. We had a couple of issues and needed help (a tube strike for 1 day and transfer to the airport) and the staff were most helpful. Our rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, and tea/coffee... More

Got home yesterday after a one night stay at the hotel. My daughter wasn't feeling great and I phoned before we travelled but I was told we would lose the first night's money if we cancelled so we decided to go anyway. Fair enough! However, we were put in a basement room that was very hot. To get some air... More

I booked a twin room here for a night. I was very impressed with the location only about 200 metres from the Earls Court underground...very very handy. I was about an hour early to check in & The man at reception was helpful & let me leave my bags there while I walked around. The room was typically small but... More

Thank you for your kind review. We do allow guests to leave luggage at the hotel when they arrive early, so I am glad it was useful for you. Our location is great - we are very close to the underground, but on a quiet residential street. We do know that some of our rooms are on the small side,... More

If there is a Lord Kensington, he's certainly not staying here. My room was an attic room on the top floor - unfortunately, the lift only goes up to the third floor, so I had to navigate some very steep stairs with my suitcase and almost fell because the door opened outward and was very difficult to open with luggage.... Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you found it difficult to get to your room. Our lift does go to the 4th floor, but there are just a few last steps to go up. I know it can be an issue if guests have a lot of luggage, and we do try to put guests with... More

The hotel is situated in an good location. A 20 - 30 minute walk to Kensington Gardens, the Royal Albert and museums and less than five minute walk to Earls Court tube station. Having said that, being so close to the tube station, you WILL hear the trains coming and going. So if you're a light sleeper or don't own... More

Thank you for your review. Yes, our hotel is in a great area, just a short distance from some of London's main attractions and Earls Court is packed with bars and restaurants. We are very close to the tube, although on a quiet, tree-lined street. Tubes can be heard from one side of the building, but the windows are double-glazed,... More

Stayed here last night after being severely let down by another hotel. Now I've been known to be a moaner but I can't speak highly enough of this place. From the welcome (Chrac I think his name was) to the morning breakfast, I was very impressed. The twin room had 2 x double beds that were firm but very comfy.... More

Room was really quite small but very clean so quite acceptable. Continental breakfast was much better than I've "enjoyed" elsewhere. Overlooking Earls Court station but still quiet. Very welcoming. Would happily recommend it.

Thank you for your review. We are aware that some of our rooms are quite small (which is the case across London), but we do try to make up for this by making sure the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our staff try to make you feel as welcome as possible and are always available to help you with... More
