The bathroom in the hotel I recently stayed in in Thailand was much much bigger than the combined bedroom and bathroom in this hotel - using a single room. But the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. The staff were excellent, but breakfast was pretty average

I literally only stayed the night, so I saw little of the hotel. However the reception and the bar looked lovely. The staff were polite and pleasant and I noticed that staying at the hotel allowed you to use the leisure facilities at another in the chain, although I am not sure how far away this was. Now to the... More

The hotel staff are friendly - but they struggle with English. Everyone I encountered are individuals who do not have English as their first language. This makes things very challenging - although they try to be nice. The room I had was fine - comfortable and quite spacious. The service in the Bistro was good as it was in the... More

I went to visit this hotel and I had booked a double room. The receptionist then said that I have to pay £49 extra for a double room. So I told her to give me a single room instead, she replied by saying that there are no single rooms left. It was around 12:30 am. My point is the hotel... More

As a Grange regular using the app i was offered an automatic upgrade to a room overlooking the square with a balcony, which i instantly opened up to enjoy the game of cricket taking place in the square, it's the sports field for Westminster School. Apart from the distance traffic noise to remind you where you actually were, you could... More

A nice hotel within walking distance of Westminster. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a trundle bed for our daughter in the room, which restricted space a little, but if you're in London to hang out in a hotel room, well, I'm not sure why you're in London. Plenty of places to see, eat and drink around the... More

We can look past cosmetic issues such as hinges not working on cupboards and torn carpet but there are several major problems with this hotel. Firstly the bathroom doesn't have a proper exhaust fan so everything gets wet from condensation when showering. With 4 people in a room this is a problem. Then we had a major issue when housekeeping... More

My wife and I stayed her for 3 nights and it was great! It was short walk to Westminster Abbey, Westminster Cathedral, Victoria Station, Big Ben and the London Eye. The location is close to Strutton Ground Market - a great place to get some good street food and Fish and Chips! Most of all customer service was great at... More

Room was very small with a single bed crammed into it. Only one plug point in the whole room which was located near the floor by the bed, meaning I had to plug my kettle in and make a cup of tea on the floor. Bathroom was also small but clean. My room was near to the main road but... More

Nestled away 10 minutes from Victoria, this was my second visit. The hotel has a charm and elegance about it. Very comfortable and well appointed. My single room was small, with a single bed, but very inviting. Staff helpful and polite. I did not eat or drink there. I was offered a continental breakfast for £18 which I declined, walking... Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
