Have been booked to stay here by my organisation a few times and mainly enjoyed the experience. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms vary as some have air conditioning and in others you have to open a window but that is possible and I always like to have some fresh air. Rooms at the back are preferable as there... More

Comfy clean rooms, excellent hot breakfast, helpful staff, and a reasonable location, It has a slightly dated and shabby feel (if the room is too hot, open the window!), but the WiFi is good (multidevice), and the prices are really OK for this part of London. I would return, but it would not be my top choice.

This is a very nice quaint hotel in central London just a few moments from Oxford St and also the BT Tower. I've stayed a few times. I wouldn't pay more than £130 a night. They state their rack rate is around £270 which is pushing it a bit. My only grumble are the complimentary toiletries. They use 'Ajala Spa'... More

Nice and quiet hotel. Clean room and Very kind staff. Recomended for business and pleasure. We had 3 nights at the hotel. Service was excellent. Breakfast ok. 10 minutes walk from Oxford Circus. Near Regent park.

This hotel was clean and smart, close to the tube station and good value for money. The breakfast was buffet, but food was varied. Would recommend. It took about 30 minutes to to walk to Trafalgar Square.

Friends and I where looking for a good value hotel to stay in the west end of London for a night out. It's an elegant hotel located about 5 minutes from Great Portland Street station. It was very comfy and plenty of room in a twin room. The room itself was a little tired when you looked under the surface.... More

I stay here regularly and I really wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I always find the staff friendly and polite and keen to help. I usually have a room at the back of the hotel, which suits me as they're the quieter ones. The bedrooms and bathrooms vary in size, but they are always spotlessly clean. Yes, I'm sure... More

I was booked to stay at this hotel by my organisation - I didn't know anything about it prior to arriving. I was very pleased all the way through my stay. My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable; I felt at home right away. Bed was super-comfortable. Great wifi. Excellent breakfasts. Love the location - easy to get to... More

It is always,I think, with trepidation that you revisit a Hotel where you have had an enjoyable stay. Our worries were unfounded on our second visit to the Grange Fitzrovia. The staff as friendly and professional as before. The rooms clean and warm. The breakfast Buffett both hot/cold fresh with a very good choice of items. The position of this hotel... More
