We stayed here for one night after a meeting with some friends. What a fantastic place. The room we had overlooked a peaceful garden and was clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are lovely. There is a very comfortable lounge, with drinks available. Will definitely stay again. The Chapel in the grounds is worth a visit.

I heartily endorse this place for people looking for safe, clean and peaceful accommodation on a visit to London. I stay here frequently on business trips to London - simple rooms, nice people, straightforward buffet breakfast, good free wifi. And if you pay a little bit extra for a "garden room" overlooking the grassy courtyard, the rooms are particularly quiet which is a bonus for London. Fast DLR service to Central London.

Excellent value- and that's hard to find as a solo traveller. Nice not to have to pay for the extras you don't need or want on a short stay: no TV, no double bed, no toiletries I won't use! But the Fairtrade tea, coffee and biscuit was a very welcome bonus :) Will definitely stay again.
