Our second visit to this lovely place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast overlooking the garden is a delight. Secure parking outside the congestion zone and just a couple of minutes walk from the DLR station. Why would we go anywhere else ?

A great place to stay to explore London as the DLR station is just around the corner. A very tranquil place to stay, very clean rooms, comfortable beds with very friendly and helpful staff. The continental buffet breakfast is good. The hotel has its own gated car park with CCTV. I would never stay anywhere else when in London.

The other reviews fairly reflect this place. I was booked here for work, while it was quiet, I personally didn't enjoy it. The room layout meant it was impossible to sit at the desk and work, the plugs were mainly behind the furniture, and the pillow very uncomfortable. It was never dark as the hall light came in all night.... More

Dear CS-Newport Thank you for your recent review, even though I was surprised to read some of your comments. I have discussed your comments with the team, and sadly the is no reflection of a guest communicating these issues to either the dining room or the reception. We do take all our feedback very serious and this is how we... More

This was our second visit to the Foundation, and just as delightful as the first. The staff are very helpful & friendly, the rooms & breakfast excellent and the general ambience one of peace & calm. Limehouse station is very close, with connections to all parts of London. A perfect place to stay.

We booked St Katherines for two reason one it was two stops down the DLR which is 2 minutes walk away from Tower of London where we were to catch our boat at St Katherines pier to follow the Havengore in Winston Churchill's 50th anniversary flotilla. The other reason was we stayed her in October 2014 and it is brilliant.... More

St Katharine's is even better than the website suggests. It is easy to find, very close to Limehouse station, and a wonderful, welcoming venue. Both the public rooms and the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and maintained. I stayed for the first time recently, with colleagues, the officers of a Christian organisation, and we enjoyed sharing the charcuterie boards for a... More

This place was a breath of fresh air and a nice quiet retreat at the end of each day in London. The employees were kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and a nice break from the traditional Full English Breakfast served at most places.
