Honestly I think that the homeless people in London sleep in a more hygienic way than you do in this hostel! I ve never seen such disgusting linen, sheets etc. I was sleeping on my own towels and covering me with my own clothes cause I didn't want to use them -.- And yes the prize is cheap but after... Worst place I have ever stayed. DONT STAY HERE. Room didn't have window or curtain. Was so hot I tried to move mattress to the floor and saw it had bed bugs on. 3am I packed my stuff and went outside and sat on the pub bench. Bar man saw me and I chatted with him and I asked can... More

I have travelled around the world and have have found better accommodation at the same price in third world countries. The conditions of this "hostel" is filthy and the staff all had an attitude to match. Save yourself some money and sleep in the metro. You'll feel safer.

This is the nastiest place I have ever slept in. Rooms were dirty, toilettes and showers even more. Beds are old and almost broken. Moreover they were close to the windows and it was impossible to open them: it's been very hot. If you like to suffer not to sleep during night, come here, every corner there is a (bad)... More

The bathrooms were dirty and smelly. The mattress covers were dirty. The triple bunk beds were so flimsy that they rocked and squeaked each time anyone rolled over. It was hard to get the attention of a staff member, since they seemed to be off in the bar underneath. We would NEVER stay here again! For all the money that... More

We only picked this spot because it was the cheapest one we could find. That's the only thing it has going for it. The receptionist was busy bartending two different bars so checking in took a while. The location isn't convenient for anything other than Victoria Station. The in-room lockers are very tiny. The power outlet was falling out of... More

Do not stay , no help getting up the stairs, bed bugs, mould on my mattress, mould on the walls, unsafe electrical appliances held together with tape, loud key entrance , horrible services via a tiny door in the pub and breakfast was a joke

I left surprise backpackers with heaps of bed bug bites. If you don't want to be eaten at night or pestered by mice don't stay here. The common room and kitchen are combined and tiny. The positives are breakfast included, central location, friendly staff, lockers available, plenty of tourism info/maps and wifi. I would not stay there again, the bed... More

The surprise is bed bugs! Don't stay here! They know they have bed bugs and they refuse to fix the problem. They also won't refund your money. This is the worst hostel ever! I squished the bed bugs and blood squirted everywhere. I was so disgusted. This place is not worth your time or money. Also the bathrooms are flooded... More

The cheap price is not worth the sacrifice of your suitcase and everything in it if, like me, you leave this miserable hovel with a bed bug infestation in your belongings and literally hundreds of bites! The place is filthy, unfriendly, I was given stained, ripped bedding to sleep on a very uncomfortable mattress in a room which smelled strongly... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
