I waited to get a pillow for about 3 hours, the rooms are too small, the staff charged us with 3 pounds for the electric adapter which wasn't working. Staff confused, poorly organised, wine bottles went missing from our rooms, the receptionist turned wifi off in the midnight even though 20 people were sitting in the lobby. There was no... More

I get that they have this concentration kamp theme going on with 5 3 floor beds in a bathroom sized room but they went to far with the whole thing. 1. not enough place space for bags or anything for that matter. Rooms are simply crammed beds. No chair, hanger, shelf. 2. Beds are horrible. I spent the night fearing... More

I recently stayed in a 6-person co-ed dorm here for three nights. The staff were all very nice. Unfortunately, the floors were filthy, and the hot water didn't work. Not a bad hostel, though its location is rather far from the City centre. But the Thames is near, as well as the bankers' skyscrapers of Canary Wharf. Perfect connection to different parts of London, by means of public transportation. Huge Asda supemarket is located some stops away.

Kind staff, clean beddings, plenty of Czech beer, nice surrounding... It is true that is not located in city centre, but it is close at hand to Greenwich and this place you really need to visit. No rush, just beautiful walks, view to whole London.
