I don't normally comment on these sorts of sites, however I feel compelled to acknowledge the outstanding customer care I experience from Jackie Small (Relationship Manager) in booking my Mother & Fathers Wedding Anniversary. They stayed 50 years ago at The Grosvenor on their Wedding night and wanted to re visit this special Hotel. The staff treated them impeccably and... More

The hotel is in a great location to visit most of the major sites in central London. It's only a couple minutes walk from Victoria Station in the Underground train network. From that station you can take the Circle or District lines to the Tower of London or Westminster (the same stop for the London Eye) or the Victoria line... More

This review is very overdue...my husband and I stayed at the Grosvenor in August 2013 for 6 nights. Upon our very late arrival, we were greeted with a smile. Once checked in, we went to the Reunion Bar for a nightcap, very cute and conveniently located just off the lobby. In fact, you can look into Victoria Station and people... More

Just back from a fantastic weekend at The Grosvenor. The hotel itself is located with direct access to and from Victoria Train Station concourse which provides numerous transport opportunities into London using trains and Underground connections. The reception area itself was very ornate with chandeliers, high quality carpets and marble. Upon checking in, we were upgraded to an executive room... More

The staff at The Grosvenor are so friendly and helpful. I had requested an early check in, and had been told they couldn't guarantee anything. We arrived at the hotel at 09:30 on Friday to leave our bags and explore the city further, we were amazed to find 2 rooms ready for us. The hotel is immaculate, nothing at all... More

Even if it is a big hotel it 's remain quiet and cosy. Ideally situated especially if your travelling via Gatwick airport, the breakfast is very fresh. Don't miss the "Imperial" it's a must. Also a nice place to meet clients.

This is a great hotel, don't get me wrong. Good - Train station door to door. Clean, good WIFI, couple of minutes from major landmarks. Service is ok. Air conditioner easy to set and quiet. Bad - No sufficient power adapters, I had to disconnect the TV to charge the phones. Rooms doors make heavy noise when close. Lobby and... More

The location really is superb - a massive downpour of rain yesterday whilst we were out - we caught the tube, exited Victoria station directly into the Grosvenor and avoided a drenching. Then last night 2 minutes walk to take us to see Billy Elliot (which we loved!) But on the downside - we booked an executive room and although... More

Dear Reviewer, Thanks for your post. I regret that you were disappointed with your Executive room during your stay with us. Your feedback is invaluable and I have fed your comments back to my Housekeeping and Maintenance departments as these issues are not indicative of the high standards we pride ourselves on here at The Grosvenor. Our new Executive Chef... More
