We recently stayed and the Grosvenor Hotel for 3 nights. We had a room on the 6th floor of the new wing, which does require you to take 2 different lifts, this wasn't a problem for us but there is a short walk to the second lift. Or there is the stairs The room was very clean and tidy, the... More

Stayed here with my sister and Mum on a girlie weekend. We were in the newly furnished part of the hotel which was really comfortable and spacious. This hotel is above Victoria station and though it might be noisy, but, it's not! The entrance is luxurious and has kept its old features. Staff were helpful. One of the best breakfasts... More

We spend 3 days at the Grosvenor hotel as part of a tour. We were assigned a room in the new wing which requires taking an elevator in the old wing then climb a stairway to get to the new wing floor. We are not youngsters and found this to be too large an inconvenience. A call to the desk... More

We stayed at the Grosvenor for 4 nights. The location is excellent. The hotel has its own entrance to Victoria Station, close to Buckingham palace and westminster abbey. The service is excellent, the rooms are extremely comfortable & large with great facilities. The rooms are not cheap, but it is London, nothing is cheap. The full English breakfast was delicious.... It was only a one night stay but what an experience, we Thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is so beautifully restored, and the architecture is amazing and the view at night from the 1st floor balcony down over the main grand entrance with the amazing, with chandelier as the center piece must not be missed. I felt like I was... More

Stayed here last night and found the hotel to be spot on. Perfectly clean, quiet, a lovely building with original features, and the staff were brilliant. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with flowers for her birthday, I was told they would send me an email to return filled in with card details for the payment of the flowers. However... More

Small room, but nice size for a central London hotel. My check in was early, but the woman at reception had me settled pretty quickly. Comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Walking distance to many landmarks and quick access to Victoria Station. It must be noted that there are stairs to be negotiated to reach the station. About a dozen steps... More

My family of 5 stayed for two nights in two executive king rooms. The rooms were beautiful with lovely appointments. The rooms were large and beyond comfortable. The lounge was relaxing and the b'fast and snacks were more than ample. I put a lot of work into finding this hotel and we were all thrilled. It was beautiful and the... More

Gorgeous old hotel, very grand & beautifully decorated. The service is excellent, the rooms are extremely comfortable & large with great facilities. We paid £192 for 1 night but it was totally worth it & we were upgraded because they couldn't find our booking straight away. It was also extremely convenient for Wicked as it was a less than 5...
