I stayed here on a recommendation from a colleague because I needed to stay in the vicinity of Victoria Station (to avoid the early morning tube hell). The entrance lobby is highly atmospheric - the thing that really impressed me was the cleanliness of the place, including the stairs. The room was small but quiet, clean modern and safe, with... Excellent Hotel. We were made to feel very welcomed and appreciated from the moment we entered. All the staff are so polite, friendly and professional. We were given an upgrade on our room,as we had stayed with them on previous occasions. This was a lovely touch! Service was outstanding from start to finish. Thank you to the staff at the... More

Excellent hotel. We chose hotel as close to Victoria Apollo theatre where we went to see Wicked. Great location. The room was spotless. Breakfast was amazing probably the best of any hotel we have stayed at, it was better than when we stayed in a five star hotel in London. Would definiteley stay at this hotel again.

we wanted a hotel that was easy to get to from public transport and a short walk from the theatre, Not only was the Grosvenor ideal for both categories you could not have asked for a better hotel when it came to comfort, ambience and the friendliness of the staff

We spent two nights at the Grosvenor and had booked a standard double room. On arrival we had been upgraded to a better king size double room overlooking the front of the hotel. The street was busy but the double glazing kept the sound levels down and allowed us to sleep well. Only criticism would be the size of the... More

Room size is larger than most in London and well appointed. Service is outstanding, meeting rooms are well suited for up to 500. The one thing that needs help is the beds, mine should have been replaced a year ago. Everything else was terrific.

The Grosvenor is a beautiful hotel. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The delux room was of medium size and equipped with everything you would need. The room was very clean. I will visit again, but as we had a room towards the back of the hotel, we had a poor nights sleep with noise from the train station.... More

Beautiful building with a stunning chandelier in the lobby. Great location with Buckingham Palace and much more just a short walk away. Hotel team all very friendly and after five visits it would definitely be my first choice hotel in London!

Hi. Sorry just getting around to reviews now. From notes. I stayed here solo to attend 2 plays and visit with an old friend. Location was very handy, easily found. Public areas in hotel were full of perfect english grandeur. Splendid. Everything you'd expect. The single room I had was very tiny and very old. Needed updating. But - perfectly... More

Nan and I went for afternoon Tea, was served by Mohammed who was very kind and on the ball. The scones, sandwiches and cakes were extremely fresh, they even offered us more cakes. Would come back very soon. Also loved the location 1 minute walk from Victoria station. Great afternoon out, defo worth going.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
