This was the first time I had stayed at The Grosvenor, I will stay there again. From the convenience of parking my car at Victoria Station car park with an entrance to the hotel from the station concourse, to one of the friendliest greetings at Reception that I have ever experienced, to the first class (and immaculately clean) room, I... Fantastic hotel, grandly decorated with classic style. Located in main city and connected to Victoria transport hub. It's was our first choice of hotel when arrived London all the way from Paris early morning. The manager, Ms Sonali was so friendly and very helpful. We booked huge room at top floor and the room was very romantic...

My partner had booked this trip for me as a surprise the good thing about the grosvenor hotel is it actually has an entrance at Victoria station. We were going to Warner Bro Studios the day we first arrived and although check in isn't until 3 o'clock they let us check in at 10.30 because a room was available. **Just... More

Large busy hotel in good position for sightseeing in London. Check in could have been more efficient as there seemed to be a lack of staff on reception. Rooms were good if a little small but were clean and modern however when booking ask for rooms not overlooking the train station as you will get an early morning call from... More

I don't usually write reviews as I like to express how I feel before leaving a place but as my stay at The Grosvenor made me smile from beginning to end, I wanted to share! We arrived very early and knew our room wouldn't be ready but the lovely receptionist was more than happy to check us in, wish us... More

Our room was completely spotless and I can't remember the last time I said that about a hotel. They had made a real effort when I told them it was my husbands 30th win cake and wine which was a lovely surprise. We paid for an executive double and I'm glad about that as it felt luxurious despite the very... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at Grosvenor Hotel in London on 24-25,March 2015. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very accommodating, our flight arrived early and they gave us complimentary breakfast and ensured that we were very comfortable until our room was ready. The entire stay was great. Both gentlemen at the concierge were friendly so much so... More

We stayed here for a night for my birthday in February. We arrived early to the hotel but they were happy to check us in. We were upgraded to an executive suite for a small charge which included a room upgrade, drinks reception and executive breakfast. Unfortunately we didn't get to make use of the drinks as we were out.... More

Very confortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a nice conversation with one of the guys called Nabil. Nice breakfast, good selection and with a really good quality. Perfect location, next to Victoria Station. Definitely a place to recommended.

I stayed in a twin "wing room" at The Grosvenor for 4 nights. I had a bit of a nightmare with the booking though because when you book through Expedia, they don't quote you the additional 20% VAT that the hotel charges... Something to watch out for. Like most London hotels, our room wasn't spacious but it wasn't uncomfortably small... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
