I was facilitating a workshop in the hotel and stayed there for three nights. This is a huge rambling building and my only real criticism is that signage to take you from one part to another is difficult to follow. That said, the service has been excellent. Both on the room service level and the response to requests in the... More

Our room was in the wing section and it was very small. Hardly had room for our luggage. There was only a comforter on the bed for covering, no sheets or smaller blankets. Had to turn up the air conditioner to keep from sweating all night. Rooms were clean and had nice facilities but for the price was not what... More

Airport bus stop issue right outside the door of this beautiful hotel. Couldn't bring you any closer. Very helpful team in reception. Upgraded our room as it was a special occassion. Very clean, very comfortable bedroom. Noise from road at night was a small problem but to be expected in such a central spot. The Palace, Big Ben and all... More

I have stayed many times at Grosvenor House hotel in London. Every time all has gone well. This is a classic hotel with a great English service. The staff is helpful and you really feel like you are taking care of and it starts already at reception. The location is perfect, at least for me as it is so close... More

The Grosvenor Hotel is lovely. Our room was beautiful and spacious (two adults, and a child who used a sofa bed) and we loved the attention to detail throughout. The location, right next to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, theaters, etc...was very convenient and the staff was gracious and accommodating. We had access to the Executive Lounge, which had adequate choices... More

Great location right next to Victoria station, easy walk to trains, busses, tubes. Also a little crazy because of the crowds. Reception staff very friendly, well trained; first room we were given was small and very noisy from train station announcements; we were immediately upon request transferred to a much larger, quiet upstairs room, no fuss. Nice bar/lounge overlooking Victoria... More

The hotel is in an ideal spot just around the corner from Victoria train and coach station ...the receptionists on arrival were lovely and pleasant .... The room was difficult to find as it was in a different wing to the main hotel...it was all going pretty well until a glass of wine ordered as room service at 11.05pm had... More

We stayed here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary 12/13th June. We booked an executive king room and the hotel allocated us their best room. It was stunning. A huge room with everything you could wish for. The even left us a bottle of champagne and rose petals on the bed. It made our weekend truly romantic. The executive lounge... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
