Great location! However: Small and average rooms Very, very poor breakfast!! £5 extra for an English breakfast is priced too high for what is on offer! Only one plug in most of the rooms Some rude staff! I was there on a college trip and we'd been travelling all morning and when we arrived we had paperwork to fill in so... More

Myself and wife stayed at this hotel, I know London and its hotels very well. I would not stay at this hotel if it was free. This is more like a Hostel, If you want a drink at the bar there is nowhere to sit the tables at the bar area have no stools hence you have to stand to... More

the hotel is the worst hotel we have ever been. it has very dirty, small, depressing rooms. there is no fridge, no hairdryer, only three towels for 2 people in the room. when we checked in, Ifound a dirty shock in my room left from the previous tourist. The breakfast is terrible. there is only bread, salty butter, marmelade, some... More

Location: Great and relatively nearby Oxford street Wifi in rooms: missing. Wifi was only available in main areas and closed in the morning hours until an hour after finalised breakfast service. Rooms: Simple, but clean Breakfast: Poor - ham, cheese and yoghurt as well as drinkable coffee would have been a welcome improvement. We found a nice café nearby to... More

Hotel rooms were ok...could do with some fresh paintwork and some nice decorations though... Breakfast sucks!!!! Even though the location is very central, I will surely rule out this hotel if I visit London again!

We booked as a deal for two nights stay and train travel for just under £150 for both. For the price you pay, you know you are not getting a 5* hotel but it does its job. Although the hotel itself is dated, it is clean and a good sleep. It is central to most attractions and close to the... More

It was £8 for a taxi back to the hotel both nights from the Lyceum theatre area. The hotel was huge with thousands of rooms, very busy reception but with all these rooms... More

Stayed for two nights during October half term in triple room with wife and ten year old daughter. Emailed hotel in advance to request quiet room and were allocated room 6031 on sixth floor overlooking Woburn Place so high enough to not be effected by any late night noise. Room kept clean and comfortable by housemaids. Had great deal including... More

It's okay - being only 5 minutes away from Picadilly Circus by tube it's placed perfectly. The rooms are okay and you get fresh towels every day. The staff is also friendly and the rooms weren't dirty. For a city trip in London I would choose the same hotel again.
