This is not one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in but it's no means the worst. Checking in is simple enough but once up in the room it just seemed a little grubby. I'd have felt peeved if I hadn't have got the Easter deal and paid full whack. £24.95 for a full English as well was far... More

We stayed there for three days with our 5 years old daughter. Room was decent and service good. Breakfast fine but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. Would probably stay there again as it was close to Covent Garden and The British Museum but will go out for dinner.

Stayed 7 days in the Grange Clarendon before coming here. I had booked 7 days and then thought to extend my stay 2 days more at the Clarendon, but it was fully booked, so i thought i'd come to the White hall thinking it is not much different... and boy was I wrong... Staff is not as helpful as at... More

Not sure how this is a four star?! Before I share - for the record I am a big fan of the Grange and have used them many times when visiting London (can recommend City and St Paul's). And have also used when treating friends for birthday presents. I booked White Hall for my elderly mum and dads 50th anniversary.... More

We stayed at this pleasant small hotel for 2 nights. Location was good for theatre and price was good for London. Staff are courteous and helpful and the room was clean enough though not spotless. For a superior room I felt it was average, nothing special. Bedroom has free safe, kettle and tea/coffee and tv with reasonable choice of channels.... More

This was a lovely hotel not far from euston station. We requested a quiet room away from the road which was granted. The room was comfy and well equipped. Bed and pillows nice and comfy. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Staff extremely nice and very helpful. We arrived too early but were able to leave our luggage and went for... More

I stayed in the hotel very short but I got a pretty good idea of its quality. First the positives: excellent location just behind the British museum, coffee and team amenities in the room and some cookies. The rest of my experience however did not much the 4 star rating of the hotel. Room basic, television did not work (it... More

Stayed in this hotel for three nights on the second night I had water dripping into my bathroom all over my cosmetics. Unfortunately they were fully booked and could not give me another room the only shop that was open at the time was Asda but they did try and replace my makeup although it was cheaper brands but they...
