This is a really good hotel , very clean , spacious rooms with a huge bed, cleaning of the rooms was good, tea tray, ironing board and toiletries in each room. This is not a 3 star hotel. The general level of cleanliness in this establishment is not very high. The bedspread was quite grubby and for the entire length of our stay -3 nights- there was a bathroom towel on the floor just outside our room. We stayed at the Kinsgway for 2 nights as part of a theatre break. It was in a very quiet location with parking nearby. The hotel was luxurious but had a very relaxed atmosphere - it didn't matter what you were wearing (within reason!) you didn't feel out of place.
