Three of us sharing a room - plenty of beds in it, it was on the ground floor so no stairs to bother with... bathroom was very clean and tidy, clean sheets and towels daily. Don't expect a great breakfast it is either bread rolls, croissants or cornflakes - they're all edible! For the money and location of this hotel... More

I stayed here with my wife and 5-yr-old son for 2 nights in Oct 2014. We booked it, (attracted by a price of £176 total for the 3 of us) then looked at the reviews - and here I got the impression I was entering a War Zone, such was the hyperbole. Well, it's allright. I've stayed in worse and... More

My other half booked a surprise trip to London, the hotel is in a good location near tube stations etc, but that is where the positives end. The room he booked was a standard double, paying £84 per night, with en-suite. Well it had an en-suite but you had to climb over the single bed they had crammed into the... More

Awful! We were 2 people , the only room available was for 6 people but we've got that one anyway for 480 pounds for 4 nights. When we came in the hotel the manager asked me why we were only 2 and we've booked a 6 people room. I've explained to him that it was the only room available. So... More

worst hotel i have ever stayed at!! hotel layout is horrible (our room was directly under a hallway so we got to hear the march of the elephants every morning!), bed was a foam matress on 2 timber frames, if you wanted to shower in the morning, forget about it as there is never any hot water left. Staff were... More

By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was a filthy shoe box that looked like something out of a first world war period drama. The curtains were held up with drawing pins and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, we even found toenail clippings at the side of the bed.We stayed... More

Hotel has attracted some very poor reviews and only looked at them after booking at short notice. Reviews would have put me off despite the cost. Had a twin room with en-suite. Room reasonable size, beds comfortable enough. Generally this hotel is very tired and dated. Staff helpful, no issues. At £60 for bed and breakfast (left too early to... More

The staff(roumanian) is very racist!!!!!!! Please don't go there. They are so aggressive and rude, they hit a friend of mine because he comes to visit me. I have never seen a receptionnist who hit a guest. We had 2 nights there but we changed after one night only because it was terrible. I was so shocked. They refused to... More
