This hotel is disgusting. It was dirty, the mattresses were terrible, there was no TV and every time we walked past the front desk the worker was sleeping. This hotel was in a great location but that was the only thing it had going for it.

dont do it. the worse hotel ever. staff were not helpful. At check in the guy was to busy on his phone, via blue tooth. Had to ask for soap, have never done that before. Also the remote for the tv. Again never had to do that before. Also an extra pillow. The room was small and it smelt. Had... More

Already a long time ago I booked this hotel. I wish I'd never become aware of this hotel. At arrival the first message was a problem with the waterpressure. We could stay in the hotel next door (we did so; we slept well, breakfast was bad). Next night we became our room on the fifth floor. How bad can a... More

Am not gonna write much just point on 95% of other reviews. The only one good thing about this place is location. The rest is like very bad joke.If you wanna stay here because it's a cheap place be advise that you will be paying for the roof above your head only. If you are looking for a nice, quiet... More

Christmas (2013 Dec 21-26) The Apollo hotel in London is probably the worst hotel I´ve ever experienced. Me and my family have been traveling a lot in many different parts of the world but have never felt so cheated before in our lives. Our expectations of the standard in this price level, was very low set from start (especially for... More

I stayed here for two nights with my 15 year old son for a brief vacation in London. The location of the hotel is absolutely great. The room in the basement was not great but since we were all day out seeing the city it did not matter. The beds and shower were certainly ok. I have seen the complaints... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in November with my girlfriend. The service was absolute rubbish. When we checked in we dealt with a man who actually couldn't communicate with people. He only said "I'm not the manager." whatever you said, asked or complained about -and there was plenty! The room was in the basement, the locks on... More

Looking at all the reviews now i wish i had of read them before we travelled from Western Australia to London. Our Travel Agent picked this hotel for us because it was cheap and good location. It is definatly not buckingham palace or something romantic. BUT as said you go to see Europe not the hotels. For us it was... More

This hotel is own by a family and the main man in his 50's is just disgraceful. We took our room in the day ,he just never smile and made us feel very un-welcomed. But the worst is that he let us wait 30 minutes outside around midnight when we wanted to go to bed. His excuse : he was... More

I never give bad reviews to hotels, but the treatment we've received in this hotel was disgusting. First of all, we didn't have any hot water to have a shower and the manager tried to convince me that any hotel in London has hot water because there is the "security water point degree". So we weren't able to have a... More
