We stayed for four nights here. We stayed in two rooms, both were okay. Sheets and towels were replaced with clean ones everyday but that was all. There was dust around the room, so maybe this isn't the place for the very allergic people. There's no wifi connection but not complaining because this was the cheapest hotel we found and... More

Just returned from a three night stay at this hotel and for what we paid could not fault. The hotel was in a very good location close to the tube and if you are sight seeing and booked a tour bus there is a link stop just round the corner. Although the room was very small and dated it was... More

Dear All, I visited London last week. The position of the hotel is good, in central zone, 2 minutes from Underground Queens Station or Baby Seal, near the Hyde Park, 30 minutes from Oxford Street ( a lot of magazines). It is clear, even if the furniture is from 1980. It is a cheap hotel. I recommend you to take... More

The hotel is very well located close to bus and train station. I would rate the hotel 1 star rather than 2 star! The wardrobe had no doors and soap was not provided in bathroom even when asked for! Receptionist was not helpful either! Breakfast was ok!

We were given room 502 for a 3 night stay, but left after one very poor night. Having flown in from Spain we were tired, so slept a bit, but the room was claustrophobic stuffy and smelt very bad. We asked for a change of room immediately, but we're told- unbelievably that the hotel was full! There is no room... More

Have been staying at this hotel for many many years now. They are very friendly bunch I must say. Rooms are a bit dated and need a lick of paint but to be honest beds are extremely comfortable bathrooms are ok and overall room experience is good. I think the best feature of this hotel is the location across Hyde... More

Stayed for 3 nights with wife and three kids. We had two rooms, both were as bad as each other. Carpets were disgusting, that bad that I accused one of my children of not showering as his feet were so dirty and he told me he had just got out of the shower, his feet were black from the carpet.... Booked a 4-night stay. Was given room 505. Very small room, weak water pressure from the shower but had a kettle. Couldn't get the heater to work but the receptionists (day and night) didn't offer to help ("it should work"). Figured it out later. On the 3rd night the shower drainage, water basin and toilet bowl were all clogged and... More

So some friends and I were going up to london for a friends 18th and tbh we were just looking for cheap accommodation to stay in as we all haven't got a lot of money, as we were booking around Christmas time there wasn't a lot of hotels with rooms left which had enough room to fit 8 of us.... Online, they say they have free wi.fi but when we arrived they said wi.fi is payable. Everyday I needed to go to reception asking for another towel because they never leave enought towells on the bedroom. We stayed at a room and the next day they put us into another bedroom without justification. The first one had dirty-blood spots on... More
