Stayed here and location is very good, hotel needs a coat of paint but as it was only a short stay it didn't hurt the eyes too much. Was disappointed with hotel when I asked for taxi they supplied me with a foreign speaking minicab who didn't have a clue about London and charged excessive for the journey. I should... More

I was looking for a hotel for myself, Wife and Son as my son had an award to collect from the HRH Princess. I found this hotel and decided to book it. What a mistake I made, it was quite embarrassing bringing my wife into this hotel knowing that I never had enough resources to change it. I would normally... More

Booked into this hotel for accommodation during my London Marathon weekend with my family. What a mistake that was. I had previously read the poor reviews on this hotel and almost cancelled here to book into another hotel and I so wish I did! On arrival the receptionist had allowed us to check into our room a little earlier so... More

Not the cleanest, we had two rooms with the following issues: loose electrical wires near a bed in one room, one room shower not working, no doors on the wardrobe in one room, one room was crammed with beds with smelly bed linen, breakfast was not what one would consider as Continental by most standards, bathrooms and bedrooms very tired... Crappy, crappy, crappy. Pick any other on the same street. Don't say I didn't warn you. No wifi, no credit card machine (they'll tell you it's broken), terrible breakfast, room is filthy, sockets don't work, phone doesn't work, furniture falls apart... People are OK but obviously don't care that much either.

This hotel was very bad. Our room was not clean! There was thootpaste on the badroomwall, hair all over the floor. We had to ask for towels and the beds were not made. there was no remote for the tele, just 1 working light. Our room was in the basement and from the 2 day, the hallway was stuffed with... More

Let's make this a compliment sandwich. The staff members were polite and friendly. I had booked online about a month before my visit but on my arrival there were no single rooms available so I was given a bigger room, which is usually a bonus because then you can spread out. However, the room I had contained two single beds... More
