Double bed room was small, no space to fit an open luggage. One first bedroom had a bed that turned out to have undesirable guests. Our second bedroom was so tiny... we were finally 'offered' a larger bedroom (this one had enough space for one opened suitcase). You get toasts, jam, butter for breakfast and get to make your own... We stayed in the 4 person family room which was conveniently located on the first floor literally 5 metres from the reception. The hotel was very easy to find coming from Earl's court station and the staff at the reception were very nice. The room itself was small but it was enough for a family of 4 adults. The only... I've stayed at this hotel a number of times due to how close it is to Earl's Court station and I've enjoyed each stay. The beds are comfortable and the rooms nice if small but the hotel is inexpensive so it's to be expected. Breakfast is good, staff are friendly. I'd certainly stay here again.

Quite a good surprise to find a cheap hotel with all what's needed to have a correct stay. No luxurious rooms but that's clean and located close to Earl's Court. Personnel is very friendly. That's London so don't have too much expectations for that price, but I've had much less pleasant stays that cost far more...

The hotel is located quite conveniently at Earls Court with a lot of restaurants and pubs around the corner. However, the double bed room that we got was the smallest I have ever experienced. Space for the two beds plus maybe 3-4 m2. Breakfast choice and quality under average.

ignore bad reviews having read previous comments on the Lord jim hotel, I was worried about what to expect but when I arrived the hotel staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was so clean & comfortable. The area that the hotel is situated is brilliant just round the corner from the nearest tube station!. Breakfast was perfect. Would definitely... More

Really bad hotel. The room smelled and the bed was tiny and really uncomfortable. They only give you one pillow which is flat and a bit pointless. The staff at reception were really rude. I couldn't wait to leave!

On our arrival our room wasn't quite ready, the staff were really helpful though and upgraded us to a larger family room. The room was clean and tidy, just what we needed after a long day at the show. Breakfast was basic European style, just right for our needs. We would stay again.

Overall, it's a small but comfortable hotel. Rooms are kinda small, cannot fit 2 large luggages while opened. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a huge let down. Breakfast was bread, butter, jam and juice.

I wasn't expectibg a great deal, and quite frankly the room was fine (albeit small, but I didn't care). But I booked this hotel for one reason; knowing it had a laundry service I could utilise before I went on a tour. There were plenty of cheaper accommodations I could have taken, but I needed laundry so I booked this.... More
