I will never stay in the Lord Jim again. Three nights of hell! Having booked a twin room for my daughter and myself we were disappointed to find a room with a double bed and no room to walk around it! The room was in the basement with a window (only able to open if you stood on the bed)... More

excellent location, very small room. Pictures are very deceiving. In reality in needs a fresh coat of paint. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast is very minimal. The WiFi signal was almost not existent. Very close to Earl's Court underground. Quiet street.

My partner and I stayed here last night for a quick one night stopover in the capital. For the price you cannot really go wrong. I think we ended up paying £60 for the night and the room was clean, the beds were comfy, the wifi connection was great throughout the hotel, the staff that we met were friendly and... More

I slept here for 4 nights, and I had no problem. The room was little but comfortable and always clean and with new towel. The first morning we were shocked because the breakfast room was full, but after a little we could sit. Breakfast was simple and continental, but everything was fresh. People were really helpful and talked to us... More

Just got back from a 3 night stay here and if I'm honest I probably wouldn't go back. I went for the weekend with my mum and to be honest it was more like a hostel than a hotel BUT you get what you pay for and in fairness the room was clean and bed comfortable, however we were in... More

was in London for 9 days, arrived with no specific destination in London. On the metro, talked with people, and someone mentioned this hotel. Nice location, 2 min walk to the underground, lots of good pubs and restaurant close by. Although the rooms are small, they are clean. The front desk people are always nice and smiling, and ready to... More

Stayed here in January for two nights, before and after a Chelsea game. The hotel is ideally located, less than 2 minutes walk from Earl's Court station and loads of pubs and restaurants. If you're an away fan going to Stamford Bridge, the place is close enough to walk to the ground (via a number of pubs...). We had a... More

I spent five nights here around Christmas. The location was okay. It was quit and close (three blocks) from Earl's Court Station (Underground). The condition of the hotel was not bad for an older hotel. The rooms are very, very small. There was not even enough space to put suit case, etc. The breakfast, though sparse, was okay. The sink... It suited us for easy access to Heathrow. It was clean and bed comfortable. The room itself was the size of a broom closet and the bathroom so small from the toilet my feet would be in the shower. But it was only one night and so the size didn't bother us. Also it was clean and didn't smell.

Double bed room was small, no space to fit an open luggage. One first bedroom had a bed that turned out to have undesirable guests. Our second bedroom was so tiny... we were finally 'offered' a larger bedroom (this one had enough space for one opened suitcase). You get toasts, jam, butter for breakfast and get to make your own...
