We have stayed at this hotel many times and each time the staff are helpful and friendly and always there to help or advise. We were staying as we had tickets booked to see the Elephant Man starring Bradley Cooper!!! The show was great and Tower bridge premier inn was again a pleasure to stay in. We had meals here... I stayed here for a night and had a bit of an issue with the room which was immediately sorted out with no fuss or problem! Lovely staff and lovely breakfast! And as all Premier Inn's- great nights sleep! It's in such a great spot too for a lot of the main sights of London so would recommend

Stayed here a few weekends ago for one night, easy to find but not great in a car to get to with all the London traffic. The girl who greeted us was more than helpful. Parking £15 for 24hrs was steep but staff was kind enough to give us this complimentary which was fab. Can't comment on bar/restaurant as we... More

Stayed here for one night before my operation in Guys Hospital on Sun 24th Jan. Arrived to a lovely friendly welcome at the reception desk. Asked if the girl could book is a taxi for the morning which was no problem at all. Very helpful. Room was lovely. Nicely decorated, lovely and clean and fantastic shower. We decided to eat... More

We were very pleased with our recent stay. The hotel was in a good location just a short walk fromTower Bridge. We had a lovely clean and spacious room with very comfortable beds. Considering we were on a busy main road, the room was quiet so we were not disturbed by the traffic. the staff were very pleasant and helpful... More

I loved the bed in the room. Actually they changed the room for me, when I said it is a bit noisy for me looking to a busy road. Breakfast was okay also. There was a wide variety of hot and cold meals, although I missed some raw vegetables.

A fuss-free stay at this hotel in which we had stayed before. Good value for money considering the location. The extractor fan did not work in the bathroom, which was reported upon check-out. Overall, would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was very clean and a good size. The bed was fabulous. The only downside was the noise of traffic but to be expected due to location. The staff were really friendly and the upgrade for dinner was really good value for money, with a large selection of food. I would... More

Staying in Southwark

Neighborhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighborhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
