Stayed here for one night in Jan, got to 2:30am and had to leave to book into a hotel with actual facilities, a night receptionist that actually wanted to help and for a clean shower. This place disgusted me and I wouldn't recommend anyone stays here! A nice hotel can cost 45 pounds.. so shy suffer?!

Stayed here last week when we visited London. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, warm and cosy, but there was few small bad issues. The hot water on the bathroom near us was not functioning and there was some noise in the night caused by other customers.
