The only advantages of this place were its proximity to Victoria Station (a 15-minute walk or 2 bus stops), and being able to leave luggage before and after check-out. If you don't need to be near Victoria, there are many other, better-value London hostels to choose from. First of all, the place is just too small for the amount of... More

As hostels go, it was really great. It's fairly close to Victoria station, and I had a few really good meals at local restaurants (there's quite a few within close walking distance), plus drinks at a nice pub nearby. I stayed in a 4 bed female ensuite, and I have zero complaints. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and... More

The place is located in a nice residential area...about a 30 minute walk from Big Ben and Westminster. Once you go in, though, the story changes completely. The staff is not only beyond lazy, but they weren't very knowledgeable and they were not helpful at all. We asked the girl that checked us in how much a taxi would cost... More

Terrible would be the right word to describe my stay in that hostel...First, I made 2 reservations for 5+1 and asked specifically by e-mail (several really) for me and my friends to stay together in a 6 bed mixed but when we got there they told us it was impossible, we had to stay apart...fortunately the person who was already... Nothing to complain about, room was clean enough, staff were friendly and the location is fantastic. Just remember that it is a hostel so don't expect luxury. My girlfriend and I stayed there recently. The room was small but had everything we needed. Private rooms come with towels, a kettle, cups and two packets of 'cappucino'. There was a sink... More

This hostel has a great location, it's a short walking distance from two underground stations and a 20 mins walk from Buckingham palace, Westminster and the Thames. Most of the staff are very friendly and have many helpful tips. Too bad some of the managers will get the sack for financial reasons, so we were told. Please mind that they... More

First of all we arrived and the staff appeared to be more interested in acting cool and mucking around that actually working. The whole time we were there the main staff guy acted like he was top [--] and was just to good to be working there. I guess i just found him to be really cocky and unhelpful. We... More

It's very clean and so much fun. The staff really makes an effort to make you feel like ur at home. I ended up with them having pizza and after that we had one massive snowfight. The next evening, just watched some movies and had a beer with another staff member+other backpackers. Great facilities, eg: the common room has a... More

Terrible choice! Couldn't sleep because there were some people playing with the fire alarm! No hot water on the showers, food went missing from the kitchen, showers were really dirty and disgusting, heating in rooms was not working... and... its not that cheap compared to others... if you are looking for constant party come to this hostel, if you just...
