I stayed at the Comfort Inn Hyde Park hotel with my mother last week for one night. We selected the hotel for the location, and because we had points saved up for the room. Upon arrival we were upgraded to their "family suite," which included two double beds and one single bed. The room was quite basic, but very nice.... More

Dear MeliLola, I hope everything is well in your Capital of Canada, I am really apologetic that the upgraded Family Room did not meet your expectation on this occasion, I will pass your comments on to Management and especially the ChamberMaids, I can guarantee this was an isolated incident which will be investigated. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of... More

We had previously stayed here when it was under a different name. It was our first choice when we were returning to London because of the location. We were pleasantly surprised to the the refurbishment. Clean, modern and comfortable. Good breakfast which was included. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pro -location -price for what you get -service -cleanliness Con -absolute price -the "small" room for two is _really_ small. not enough table space Really clean and small room, in a fabulous place near the park and 2 tube stations. Service was excellent, quick and efficient. Breakfast was 0730-1000 weekdays and had toast, croissants, coffee, juice, milk, yoghurt, cereal. There... More

The hotel was very modern inside the room. It was cozy and so quiet it was a great night's sleep after a long day of site seeing. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend it. Very near metro. Right across from lovely Hyde Park for quick access to start some great time spent in London.

I've always stayed at the comfort inn in New York, and have done so over the last 9 years! Couldn't fought the place at all, like a five star! I thought I would book the comfort inn at Hyde park as I was doing a training run with Great Ormond Street in Hyde park for the marathon 2015, children with... More

Rooms are a bit small but didn't spend much time in it. Breakfast was very limited but our kids enjoyed it and had enough! One tip: Don't book taxis through reception. We were able to get a Black taxi for less than half the price quoted in reception!! Brilliant location just across the road from Hyde Park!!

Very helpful staff, extremely clean room with comfortable beds and very modern clean bathroom. Breakfast great. Room a bit small but the pluses make up for it. One small advice which has nothing to do with the hotel. Do not try to buy theatre tickets from the shop round the corner. The guy is a fraudster, we nearly got ripped... More

Hotel is located next to Hyde Park, one block from the Dianna Memorial Playground. Perfect spot for starting adventures in London; close to the Queensway Tube and not far from Bayswater station. Pubs, two child friendly are also in the area (Black Dog and The Swan). Rooms are small but functional. Breakfast is continental and was tasty. WiFi was available... More
