I wanted a hotel that was close to Hyde Park, the Underground, etc., and others were very expensive. My university's travel dept. suggested this hotel. The location is very good -- steps from Hyde Park. A travel book described the area as one for "cheap tourist hotels," and that is correct. There are a million hotels just like it on... More

London is not the cheapest place in the world, so finding a clean and confortable hotel at reasonable price has been a pleasant surpirse. In addition, it is well connected with public transport (buses and tube central, circle and district line), some pubs and cheap restaurant are close to the hotel, and Hyde Park and Kensignton Gardens are just around... This hotel is in a great location. Hyde Park is next door, Notting Hill around the corner, and walkable to Paddington Station if you don't have too much luggage. Much has been said about the room size - we stayed in the standard/smallest room, and as an average sized couple we were fine, but one person will be against the... More

I chose this hotel due to the location and at a cost of £110 per night I expected more. The rooms were literally tiny, though not a massive issue when we were out most of the day. We arrived a few hours prior to check in but were grateful that we could check in at that time. Staff didn't seem... More

Stayed here this past weekend and enjoyed it. Access to several bus routes and tube stations all within 10 min distance. Hyde park is only a stone's throw away. The famed Whitely's is nearby as well. The check in process was standard, gentleman was nice. Our room was fairly small for what we paid. With two people in a double... More

I was very happy with the location of the Comfort Inn Hyde Park. It is close to 2 tube stations giving you access to the District/Circle lines at Bayswater station and the Central line from the Queensway station. The hotel is also within walking distance of Paddington Station although taking the tube 1 stop to the Bayswater station gets you... More

Great location for tube station, buses and Hyde Park walk into the centre of London. A great pub was about 10 minute walk for evening meals. Good breakfasts and internal lift to room were welcome. Overall, good value for a stay in London. Mature couple, Leichhardt, Australia

My family (my, hubby, 2xteenagers) stayed here on the last leg of a 6 week overseas holiday. I read earlier reviews but the price was so good and I needed 2 rooms for 3 nights so I booked....and I am SO GLAD I DID !! Firstly the location - it doesn't really get much better for the price. Across the... More

This hotel is OK. Location is good. Rooms are a OK but the bathrooms are small and an absolute joke. I have a camper with a larger bathroom. Considering the price I expected better. The breakfast is a joke. It is served in the basement and consists of some cereal, sad bananas and apples and some pastries. There is a... More

Spent a week at Comfort Inn Hyde Park. Yes the rooms are small by American standards, but they're clean and more than adequate for the average tourist. The hotel's location is it's best asset: Queensway and Bayswater Tube stations nearby, Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park directly across Bayswater, plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, groceries close by. Shopping in high-end Oxford... More
