This hotel is well located right next to Hyde Park and with two tube stations within only a couple of minutes walk (Queensway & Bayswater). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in several hours early. We were staying in a small double room which was fine as we were only there for 1 night, however... More

It is London- expect small rooms. The bed was up against the wall. There was no place but the bed, deep window sill or floor to put a suitcase. The front desk staff printed out google maps to anywhere we needed to go. The room was kept clean. The breakfast was excellent.

This was our second stay at this Hotel. The first time we had a standard double and as my first review of the hotel states, the room was very small and almost put us off staying again. This time we had a Queen Room which was much larger so definitely worth booking the larger room. The reception staff were always... More

We stayed for 8 nights and yes everything about the hotel is small but this is London and we have had similar and worse over the years. We had a Queen room which was just adequate for us - hate to think what the standard size was like. There is only one small lift (2 people with a suitcase each)... More

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room was small but that is not the issue, it was badly designed. One suit case is fine, but two and you have VERY little flood space. The bathroom was designed for someone no taller than 150cm, so any average person would need to sit sideways on the toilet, so not to... This hotel had to be one of the worst I've stayed in as it was dirty, dingy and the room was so tiny. The sheets appeared like they hadn't been changed since the previous guest and they were covered in hair and smelled. The bathroom seat hadn't been cleaned either since the previous guest as it was dirty and stained... More

We recently stayed for 3 nights, booked the larger room and glad we did, staff very nice and helpful, location is the best reason for staying here and value for money, if we return to London we would stay here again, great places to eat on Queensway and good transport on the main road with buses and close to tube... We had saved enough airline miles to meet up with our granddaughter on her Europe Vacation Trip. We stayed here mostly for the price, It was surprisingly good overall, the location was close to the tube and many good restaurants, rooms are small but was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Stayed 5 nights in June, 2015.... More

My mother and I stayed here for 2 nights in July. The reception was clean and the gentlemen at the desk was super nice and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy, one disappointment was that I had booked a double and the bed was smaller than booked (included picture below). It was a comfortable bed though. Breakfast was served... The hotel is small, but the room was surprisingly big with a big bed. The pillows however were rock hard and we couldn't use them. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was excellent. All very clean and modern. Tea and coffee making facilities and even bottles of water in the room. Breakfast is cereal and toast only which was... More
