A good choice for our shopping trip around Sloane Street, Kensington, Chelsea. Well designed hotel, acceptable rooms. Staff sometimes with some missing language skills (originally spanish), but very helpful. Breakfast buffet ok, but not so friendly room.

We checked in late. We sent email ahead of time to let the staff know this, we never received a response. When we arrived the night deskman was so busy lazily clicking on a web page he didn't say hello, welcome, or anything. Subsequent service from him was perfunctory at best. I purchased a wifi pass. Upon getting to my... More

Perfectly located for museums and the Albert Hall. Hotel is very warm and welcoming. Staff helpful. We had a Standard room and it was a good size. Clean and not cluttered with unnecessary furniture, just the bits needed. Bathroom hypermodern with a large efficient shower. Beds were big and reasonably comfortable - hard for hotels to have beds that appeal... More

Stayed there three nights last week and while it's not perfect, it's ok for this part of London. The good bits: - Friendly & very helpful reception staff. - Good area of London, Gloucester Street tube a few minutes walk away. - Very new looking rooms & very comfy bed. The not so good bits: - Room was very small... More

Great hotel good location especially for Albert Hall. Staff helpful although bar staff could be better trained as she did not have a clue and mixed up everyone's drinks. Good room spacious and nicely decorated although there was a draught from the window did not bother us but could be a problem if it was really cold outside. All in... More

We have no complaints at all about the Abba Hotel. Booked an overnight stay through the hotel's own website and got a really good deal. We had checked the deals with several of the hotel booking agencies that infest the web, but the Abba site itself had a great special. The hotel is in one of the beautiful old apartment... More

Great location, room spacious, beds very comfortable, room clean and shower powerful and that's where the good ends. We had room 1009 a King Suite which we booked for a two day stay. When we arrived at the hotel it was 2 degrees centigrade outside and our room was freezing. We were informed that the heating wouldn't come on until... More

Hotel receptionist are so novice that they always say they cannot help you. Although I made reservation including wifi internet access, they did not give me the access code. They said this is travel agency problem and they did not help me.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the Royal Albert Hall. We went to see Jools Holland there on Saturday night. It was only a 5 minuite walk away. Gloucester rd tube station is the closest underground stop to the the hotel, just 10 minuites walk away. We walked to Knightsbridge, Harrods was less than 20 minuites away.... More

We stayed at the Abba as we were going to The Prince's Trust Rock Gala at the Royal Albert Hall. We were VERY pleasantly surprised, had a lovely room with a huge bed, nice bathroom, not big but who needs a huge bathroom when only staying in a hotel for a few nights for goodness sake? Nice welcome, very helpful... More
