We had a great stay at the Sanctuary House Hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean, the bathroom was modern, and I wish we had instructions how to use the showerhead (but on the second day we figured it out). Breakfast was good, it was in the pub restaurant. My daughter said she really liked the Breakfast layout. Be prepared... More

Went looking for a pub to eat in and ended up here after most others seemed too crowded. This place seemed to be filled with locals. Found a table right away. My wife and I had pies and our daughter had a burger. Food was great! Service a little slow but not terrible. Also, prices are very reasonable. Great find... More

Ideal location for seeing the sights in London. Steps away from Tube station (which for us was key). Short walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, Parliament Square. A nice easy stroll past 10 Downing Street to Trafalgar Square. Walkable to Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, and Theatre District. Normal size rooms by European standards (i.e., smallish) but well... More

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved this place. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I thought the bed was great...much better than most hotels. Our room was small but clean and modern. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and located in the pub attached to the hotel. It is a close walk... More

The room was nice and quiet , cmlean and modern. My room was the disabled room is it was very large. Having a physically disabled father I am... More

On arrival my first thoughts were - it's a pub. A very good pub which served me great fish & chips and a very well kept pint of summer real ale. The hotel reception and rooms are above the pub but don't let that worry you about noise. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a... More

We stayed here last Tuesday. It is a boutique hotel alongside the Sanctuary Pub. Our room was luxuriously furnished and had an ensuite which had beautiful toiletries. It was small but we were only there for one night and if you are using it for sleeping, it is very good. The reception staff were particularly pleasant and went out of... More

The hotel was in a quiet, yet very central location, making walking and getting around London very easy. The rooms were of a high standard and nicely fitted out, and there was a fridge and kettle in the room, a rarity in Europe. The Pub downstairs offered great food and atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and comfortable area is where this hotel is located. Quiet location and very very close to the Westminster Abbey. Walking distance to the main attractions but not too close for eateries to choose from. Pub is located downstairs and the breakfast is pretty good. Limited menu however if you order from then menu you can still get the continental... More
