Staff friendly. Got a triple room for the two of us so very spacious. Bathroom small but serviceable. Beds comfortable with proper duvet and large tv with drink facilities and mini fridge. Only problem was that the radiator wouldn't work but it was warm in the room anyway and that we were on the top floor so a lot of... More

Last minute business trip... I emailed Rhodes desperate for a room (my company was willing to pay for any accommodation as long as it was equally priced or cheaper than the quote the travel agent gave for a 4-star hotel) and not only they found me a room but they met all my requests. Double room, lower floor, main building;... More

We spent two nights at the Rhodes hotel on a recent trip to London... Coming in from Heathrow, it took us about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel from Paddington Station. The hotel is a converted row house and has a cosy feel to it. We had a prepaid reservation through the hotel website, I did e-mail the hotel... More

I stayed 5 nights at the Rhodes Hotel with my husband and two young children in late November. While none of us loved the hotel, there were enough solid benefits to staying there that we would both recommend it and would be quite willing to stay again. We stayed in a deluxe family room. The room was small and at... More

This hotel isn't perfect, so your perception of it will probably depend upon how much you pay for a room. But it is clean, the rooms are nicely furnished and the staff are keen to help. The first issue is that some of the rooms are in a different building - it's only a couple of minutes walk, but probably... More

Ok so the halls and stairways look like they need a bit a TLC. Those however are the only things I can fault about this hotel. Fantastic location, with a gem of a traditional Victorian pub on the corner (The Victoria - amazing food http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g186338-d3208695-Reviews-The_Victoria-London_England.html) . High ceilings, powerful shower, spotless room, fantastic maid service, kettle , good supply of... More

We booked this 2 star for a family of 3 for 6 nights. We arrived and checked into 214 which has a double and a single bed. I asked if there were any deluxe rooms available able and for an up charge were given a room on the top floor. We loved this room it has 85 narrow steps to... More

My seven night stay was a great way to end a ten week tour. A family run hotel, I felt like one of the family! It goes without saying then that the staff are friendly and welcoming. My single was small but well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Those in the 65+ demographic should take note of the very clearly... More

Stayed here for 2 nights early October. Room was very clean, nice linens, solid breakfast, and all at a great price. Excellent location near Paddington for the Heathrow Express and many tube stops. Hotel rates in London are obscene, but Rhodes was a great value!! Will gladly stay here again.
