Excellent location about 200 m from Paddington Station. Hotel was much more quiet than I had expected. At the rate I paid, it was good value for money. The stairs are narrow but note that four of the five floors have access to elevator.

Stayed here with my mother on a friday and saturday nights. The room was small but doable. It was clean enough. The building is old so expect wonky floors and walls. However, the noise from the corridor and the rooms next door is unbelievable. When people talk it feels like their are in the same room. First night i could... More

This small hotel, housed in a lovely Georgian building, is centrally located off Edgware Road, only a 15 min. walk from the famous London shopping Mecca, Oxford Street. The rooms were of a decent size, clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and attentive. Bathroom was very small but very clean. Good buffet breakfast included in the price, as was... More

Good location if you are leaving by train the next morning, however you can find a better.deal in the same location, the bed was without a doubt very uncomfortable all thru the night I was laying on the wooden bars in what should have been a box spring, however a bed is what this only aspired to be,but sadly could never be described... Oh dear. Great location and price... But the bed was so far by its sell by date that I did not get a single minute of sleep. Springs piercing every part of my body and pillows as flat as my jeans. I got up at 6 a.m and left with a battered body. Please please upgrade your beds and turn... More

We booked into this hotel for a 2 night stay. The hotel is ideally located for paddington station and Hyde park areas however the good location is about the only thing going for this hotel. The rooms are very small and quite dated. Our bathroom was tiny and would only allow us to have warm water from the tap so... More

When I travel to London I just need somewhere to put my (empty) suitcase while I go shopping, and a good bed where I can watch a bit of TV. I have stayed in two other hotels on this same bit of road and always come back because of the location. Now I've found a hotel I'll probably return to... More

We have used this hotel before, and only due to cheap vacancy. I strongly recommend not to stay on the 4th floor, the stairs from the 3th floor to the fourth floor is steep and narrow. We got a new room on a different floor. We never eat at this hotel and only use it for a place to sleep.... More

I had a single night stay here in September while traveling alone. I have been to London over a dozen times, but this is the first time I thought the room was tiny. I was in room 18, which was below grade, and it was fine for one person but a second could not have fit unless the person had... More

From the moment I entered the hotel, I could tell it was nothing like what was pictured on the website. The front desk was unattended, and when I finally got the attention of the man (who was dressed down in casual attire, with no name badge), he was extremely uninformative, unprofessional, and inattentive. The booking online listed breakfast as being... More
