We got a room in 305. The room was ok in size, and the best room we've had in the times we've stayed at the hotel. The room was placed out to the street area, but because it was at the 3. floor there was not a lot of noise. The room got cleaned every day, but we did not... More

We stayed for two nights with our 5-year old. In terms of positives, it is quite inexpensive and is in quite a good location. A few minutes walk from Paddington Station and Notting Hill Gate tube. Note though that coming from Kings Cross the Paddington underground station is another 10 minutes walk away from Paddington station. We also found it... More

We booked the hotel only a few days before the Saturday we wanted to stay so quite lucky to get it. It was a great price for two, including breakfast compared to others in the area, and it was a very short walk from Paddington station- ideal location. Check in was fine, receptionist was friendly. The room was right at... More

This hotel is ideally sited near paddington station. I travelled all over London, and beyond during my stay and had no trouble getting anywhere from here. Lots of eating houses close by, too. My room was on street level, next to the lift, and there was a bit of noise from that, but not enough to bother me. The room... More

The rooms are basic but clean and actually quite spacious. Breakfast is included but I didn't try it. The front reception staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend it for families and singles on a budget

I'm writing this from the hotel as this is my last night here thank god.. Myself and my two children arrived yesterday and was put in the basement In Room no.1 facing the front of the hotel. Damp on the walls, net curtains were black, dodgy kettle, small bathroom. At night people sit on the hotel steps above us and... More

Excellent location about 200 m from Paddington Station. Hotel was much more quiet than I had expected. At the rate I paid, it was good value for money. The stairs are narrow but note that four of the five floors have access to elevator.

Stayed here with my mother on a friday and saturday nights. The room was small but doable. It was clean enough. The building is old so expect wonky floors and walls. However, the noise from the corridor and the rooms next door is unbelievable. When people talk it feels like their are in the same room. First night i could... More

This small hotel, housed in a lovely Georgian building, is centrally located off Edgware Road, only a 15 min. walk from the famous London shopping Mecca, Oxford Street. The rooms were of a decent size, clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and attentive. Bathroom was very small but very clean. Good buffet breakfast included in the price, as was... More

Good location if you are leaving by train the next morning, however you can find a better.deal in the same location, the bed was without a doubt very uncomfortable all thru the night I was laying on the wooden bars in what should have been a box spring, however a bed is what this only aspired to be,but sadly could never be described...
