Excellent location to stay in London. Good value for the money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast served hot and delicious. The hotel is very quiet, few minutes walk to shopping centers. more

Apart from the climb to the room which was on the fourth floor our stay was excellent. Extremely pleasant, friendly (always smiling), courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was exzcellent and the room although a bit cozy was most comfortable. The room could have used more hooks for hanging towels and a light over the sink. The location so near the... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of a month long trip around Europe. It was a terrific place to stay and quite cheap compared with lots of places in central London. English breakfasts were terrific - as much as you want to eat - although the coffee was not all that great... more

This was an excellent place to stay. We arrived early but we were able to leave our bags and check in later in the day. The ladies that look after the hotel were all really lovely and friendly and helpful! There is no elevator but that wasnt really an issue. Our room felt like it was on the top floor,... more

Located really close to the tube stop, and in an area with restaurants/pubs close, but not next door so it's silent at night (well maybe not silent,... more

Stayed in family suite with ensuite shower. There is no elevator but our children ages 3 and 6 didn't mind the walk up 3 flights to the room which was clean and has view overlooking residential neighborhood. Breakfast is in a cheery room and very filling. Staff all very friendly and accommodated our late arrival after 10 pm without any... more

me and my boyfriend stayed at Parkwood last week and enjoyed every minute of it. It's one of the best and pleasant small family hotels I have ever enjoyed. The area is quiet though placed in the central part of London right next to Marble Arch station and opposite Hyde Park. The Proms were on Saturday and Sunday and we... more

I would advise anyone whose staying in London to get themselves an oyster card it can be used on any transport wether bus or underground. There are sightseeing tours that... more

Friendly staff, room clean and well furnished, excellent breakfast. Dead quiet yet right in the centre of london. What more can you ask for? Would I stay there again? Absolutely yes I would. more
