Wont bother you with much details, other reviewers have said it enough but will like to say the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Creaky noises are just because of the age of the building and if possible should be remedied and the bed line should be changed more often. Suberb location for exploring London's amazing Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Buckingham Palace, etc. The breakfast is substantial and delicious and the cook is a sweetheart! The rooms are dated, need paint and repair. more
