Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. I loved the location right by Paddington station. My rating is based on the value for price. The Room was not large but it was clean and comfortable. Knowing the cost of hotels in London i would definately stay again.

Stayed here in family room for long weekend in March after checking reviews and generally was happy at the hotel.
