We had an excellent stay at the Lime Tree Hotel. The location is very central with easy access to the Tube. Our room overall was spacious (by European standards), comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was the best of any B&B over our 3 weeks in Britain. The staff is very helpful and friendly- they have managed to keep the small,... More

Our family of four (including two children ages 8 and 11) just returned from a wonderful six night stay at the Lime Tree. We stayed in room 13, a family room for four, which overlooked a lovely garden. While not overly spacious, it was quite comfortable, very clean and quiet. We felt very much at home here as the staff... More

I stayed at Lime Tree several years ago and have recommended it to a number of friends in the intervening years so I was beyond pleased that my return visit very much lived up to my expectations. It's a gem in the middle of London - clean, comfortable, affordable, and safe, minutes to the Tube and buses. (It's also just... More

Stayed here for 1 night in a rather spacious single room. The hotel is located in quite a nice neighbourhood, and is less than a 5-minute walk from Victoria Coach Station. It is also within walking distance of Sloane Street and Harrods. The room was very comfortable and clean in general, the only issue being that because my room was... More

I booked this place as a special treat for our first wedding anniversary. Having just left I feel this place does it really deliver value for money. Attempts to improve value had minimal success - armed forces discount reduced cost from £175 to £165 a night and an attempt to get special treatment for our anniversary led to an offer... More

The hotel is fine. It's in a lovely part of London. I'd write a good review if I hadn't been hurt because of a hazard in the room. I stayed in room 5. I made the staff aware of the issue but I'm not sure anything will be done, so here is your warning. I fell. I fell hard, coming... More

My wife and I stayed here twice for a total of 5 nights (start and end of our trip around Britain). Fabulous boutique hotel. Rooms have high ceilings, crown moldings, etc. Comfy mattress. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast included, courtesy computer available. Location is very convenient - just a few blocks from Victoria rail & underground station and Victoria bus station,... More

I recently returned from a week in London ( a city I lived in for for 6 years), where I stayed as a solo guest at The Lime Tree Hotel. I chose The Lime Tree because of all the amazing reviews on Trip Advisor- and for the most part I was not disappointed. The hotel is meticulously well-kept, in a... More

Delightful and stylish small B&B hotel on the edge of smartest part of Pimlico, but within case-wheeling distance from Victoria Station. A family-home feeling, and mostly word-of-mouth and return visitors. Close to the coach station, but noise from that is rare - and this is worlds' away in style.

My wife, 10 year old daughter and I stayed at the Lime Tree Hotel last week. What a great experience! Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast that kept us going until the evening on most days. Very convenient. About a 5 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, 15 minutes to Big Ben and Parliament and 10 minutes max to the... Staying in Belgravia

Neighborhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
