Found this hotel by reading the TALF. This was my first trip to London and I can't imagine staying anywhere else! The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Cool breezes through open windows. Perfect location, easy walk to Buckingham Palace and underground stations. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff! We will be back!

Stayed here for two nights on a recent swing through Europe. Hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. Greatly enjoyed the breakfast although with an early trip to the train station we were unable to enjoy it on our last morning. Area around the hotel is perfect for leisurely strolls thought the Belgravia neighborhood or to travel easily to... More

A beautiful B&B. Delicious breakfast in the morning, and a very helpful staff. Garden area in the back, computer available for guest use, bottle water and soda for sale at front desk. Close to Victoria Station which is also an area to buy on/off tour bus tickets. Some very nice restaurants in the area.

My husband, 16 year old son and I stayed at the Lime Tree during March break. We found the hotel kept up to a high standard; the premises were very clean, nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Our room looked over a back garden which is was too cold to enjoy, but I am sure would be very pleasant in warmer... More

My daughter and I stayed here whilst attending a nearby cookery school. It is a beautifully kept hotel, and well priced for its position. The staff were all helpful and friendly. It was a very hot July day that we stayed and the rooms have no air conditioning. Our room was also at the front of the hotel and with... More

Very nice area. Good breakfast. Rooms are big enough. A very quiet street at night but the activity starts early in the morning (trades, deliveries). Nice garden in the back and within walking distance to Harrods and Buckingham Palace as well as the Victoria tube station. Sean Connery is your neighbour and there are more Aston Martins on the street... More

Our family of four spent six nights at the Lime Tree during our recent holiday in London. It's an excellent location from which to explore the city. Sloan Sq. and Victoria stations are 10 minutes away which makes for easy access to the Tube system. Buckingham Palace and St James Park are a 15 minute walk away. The local neighborhood... More

We have walked past the Lime Tree Hotel on previous visits to London, so this time chose it as our base for our stay. It is extremely convenient as it is close to both Victoria Station and the Coach Station, and many London attractions are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff are pleasant and helpful... More

Just stayed 3 nights, two rooms at the Lime Tree Hotel last month. It was a very pleasant stay and by London standard a bargain for the quality enjoyed. Just conveniently around the corner from Victoria station on a pleasant stretch of Ebury Street. The staff are all very accommodating and pleasant and our room while typically London compact was... We stayed a total of 5 nites here finding all the staff were excellent along with a great location to revisit all London has to offer. Very good breakfast, full English with variety of cereals and pastries . Small rooms, good beds, not air conditioned ( a killer in the full heat of summer). If your room faced the Victoria... More

Staying in Belgravia

Neighborhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
