Excellent location in Belgravia, right on the Victoria line, this is a wonderful, small hotel with a wonderful management team. We visited for 7 nights in early July, with 2 adults and 3 teenagers (in 2 rooms). The adults loved the convenient location, proximity to great restaurants, ability to go for a run from the hotel to Hyde Park. The... More

If it is all about the location, then Lime Tree has it. You are very close to all the Westminster tourist areas and walking distance to Victoria Station. The neighborhood itself is very classy and you will feel very much like you are in a storybook London. There is a nice Gelato store around the corner and a pastry shop... More

Have stayed at Lime Tree twice now with my family of 2 adults and 2 children, both times were great. The breakfast is served in the lovely breakfast room and is delicious. We stayed in the family room at the back that overlooks the back garden, so there is no noise at all. We would probably choose 2 double rooms... More

The Lime Tree is a wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect location for London sightseeing. It's a 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace, right next to the Tube station for other far away sights you might want to see. The neighborhood its in is so charming and sweet. Great restaurants and bars close by as well as a small grocery... More

This was the perfect hotel for our first (or any) visit to London! We absolutely loved it – the hotel, the staff, the location, breakfast, our room, the garden in the back, everything! We booked a ground floor twin room as soon as they opened bookings for August 2014 (a year ahead). My mother and I traveled together and she... More

We chose the Lime Tree becaue of it's location in Belgravia. The neighborhood was upscale, close to Victoria Station (buses, Circle, District and Victoria tube lines), great restaurants thought a bit pricey and walking distance to lots of things. The staff was helpful in recommending restaurants. However, there is no AC and it was extremely hot every night, even with... More

My husband and I stayed at the Lime Tree for the past three nights. I am giving it a 5 rating not because it is luxurious--it is not--but because it had what I wanted and expected and the service was outstanding. The lime tree is basic yet has all the important things exactly right: spotlessly clean, excellent friendly staff, a... More

We stayed at the Lime Tree for 3 nights in July. We originally had room 14 which is at the front of the hotel, a bit small (though we expected the room to be small)l and due to the hot humid weather a bit uncomfortable, in spite of the fan supplied. We requested a change and Matt(the manager) was very... More

The perfect small hotel--just what we were looking for. Clean, stylish, very warm and personal feel--staff made us feel right at home and helped us with lots of logistics. Neighborhood is great--very cute street, and just minutes from the Victoria tube stop. Rooms are nice but small--get the premium double if you can. My only complaint was the heat--the top... More

It would be hard to beat the Lime Tree hotel, on every count. The location is excellent, approx 200m from Victoria station or a ten minute walk to Sloane square, or about 15- 20 minute walk to Harrods. It is a located in a gracious Georgian townhouse, in a beautiful upmarket street, with high end shopping and gastro-pubs close by.... More
