We had a lovely room facing the street and it was not noisy. The staff was very helpful. But the step on the way into the hotel at the front door is a true hazard. Breakfasts, included, were very plentiful. The neighborhood was wonderful. Near to transportation, good restaurants and shops. Would definitely select this hotel again. More

I would suggest to spend the extra money and take the Heathrow Express (if you're flying in).Many useful bus lines stop about 100yds from the hotel.
