I initially booked this place the day before I came to London, its close to victoria station, just round the corner, really nice area of London, close to shops/cafes/restaurants, literally on your doorstep. Guy on reception was dreamy :O really polite and helpful. The room was a twin, pretty basic, but for the price and location, its well worth it.... More

We stayed in one of the apartments this hotel had on offer. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location (Ebury Street, Belgravia). The apartment came with a secure parking space down the road for £15 a day charge, however one of the showers in the apartment was out of order therefore the parking charge was waived. The... More

We stayed here for one night only - thankfully. There was strange smell when we walked into the entrance hall. The room was tiny, cold and the bathroom was so small it was hard to sit on the loo in it, let alone use the shower which had seen better days. There was not even a chair in the room,... More

Stayed here June 28 til July 1st. Three adults, of which two seniors, booked this room in March. Requested 1double, 1single bed. They confirmed my reservation. Also requested a first floor room as travelling from canada and have heavy suitcases. Upon arrival,, we check in , what do we have. The tiniest room that ever was in the Basement, down... More

This hotel is in a beautiful, central area of London - Belgravia, only minutes from Victoria Station. It has good amenities such as cafes, pubs, shops and supermarkets. However...whilst the hotel staff (including the young, Asian guy on reception) were really helpful and friendly and the building inside and out was perfectly fine, the ridiculously tiny room and bathroom were... This hotel was a last minute finding to organise a weeknd in London with my family and while I was a bit sckeptical reading the reviews, overall it ia an adequate solution for a couple of days with your children in the family room option. Clean and adequate but certainly it has almost zero thrills

Stayed for one night in this dingy hole and that was one night too many. My room was billed as a twin room but it is was so small I was thankful I was travelling solo. There was no cupboard space in the room and the shower was tiny and took an age to heat up. My biggest annoyance was... More

We stayed 2 nights in room 10 on the top floor. Bit of a long walk up the stairs (no lift) but the room itself was fine. Five beds lined up against the wall, a small closet and tiny bathroom. The room had a microwave and kettle and a hair dryer was available at the front desk. Yes, there were... More

booked this room a few hours before arrival before checking reviews. It seems that most of the poor reviews are outdated now. Had a very pleasant one night stay. Although I am a single traveller I had a family room. which would be more than adequate for a family on a budget. The location is excellent, on the doorstep of... More
