I stayed 1 week in this hotel and I regret too much for it. The room was dirty and the hotel staff were so rude. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

Positives; good location and clean. I stayed here for 5 days with my mam in 2007 we found the staff friendly and the hotel was very clean and well decorated! The rooms were very small and noisy if your neighbour decides to hang all his clothes up when your trying to go asleep as the walls are quite thin

The room we stayed in was very small. When you had to brush your teeth your bottom would come out from the toilet when bending above the sink. :) Hotel hallways were too very small and shady.. The street was pretty and so was the hotel from the outside. Earls court metro station was near, that was good.
